Stayed two nights. The second day I came back to my room and it had not been cleaned, the bed had not been made and dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor. What am I paying for?? Breakfast was OK but honestly stay somewhere else oh and by the way, they lock the door at 10 PM so if you stay out after 10, you can’t get in the hotel unless you call security . I booked a reservation with Hampton Inn. My husband was hospitalized and we could not visit Leavenworth due to his hospitalization I tried to cancel the reservation and have found it the most frustrating experience. *********** couldn’t find the reservation with the confirmation provided. The Hampton does not post a direct number to call them. All my calls went thru a call center that could not find my confirmation number and told me to call the hotel directly. In the end I could never speak to an agent at the hotel and I could not cancel the reservation. Very frustrating and unprofessional

We cannot say enough good things about the hotel. The staff was super friendly at Hampton inn Leavenworth. they made the experience even better My husband and I, need a hotel to stay for visiting family in Basehor and celebrate his Birthday. The staff went out of their way to make sure my Husband were well taken care for his Birthday with a wonderful gift bag. The free breakfast was phenomenal… the room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you to all the staff at Hampton Inn Leavenworth. God bless you all.

Wonderful hotel and staff! Every employee we came in contact with was very accommodating and nice! Everyone made me and my family feel at home. Room was very cozy and clean!! Beds were very comfortable, pillows have the perfect amount of fluff! Would definitely stay here again!

Contrary to a few negative reviews I've read.... Our stay was Absolutely Amazing !! From Fantastic Staff to Very Clean Facilities and Yummy Breakfast !! We will Be Back ! Thank You Hampton Inn Leavenworth !!

Amazing location. It was a pleasure staying at this location and the staff was AMAZING! Hotel room was very clean and amenities area was clean. Was great always seeing the smiling faces on the staff and how welcoming they all were.

Had a great stay at this Hampton Inn location, even tho it is about 12 miles SW of interstate 29. Nevertheless once I got there , reception was very warm and welcoming. Room was very clean and the entire property well kept. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast had good choices , presented well and of good quality.

Check-in smooth. Lady at the desk very friendly and helpful. Rooms and entire hotel, inside and out very clean. Nice rooms and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was typical of hotels. Breakfast hostess was very friendly. In fact our daughter from Lansing stopped by to visit us before we checkout time. We were sitting in the breakfast room and the hostess told her she could help herself to breakfast! Amazing! Have stayed here a few times and will continue to stay here when coming to this area of Kansas.
