Our bathroom was gross… Poor lighting, a toilet that wouldn’t flush, and the shower that kept changing temperature from scalding hot to freezing cold… Management said they fixed the toilet but did not - they only made the toilet more gross… They did offer to let us change rooms but we were too settled in by then… Our previous stay was a bit better so we tried it a second time. It will be our last…

Checked into rm 6. Full of flys Had to kill about 50 of them. Later discovered very small biting flys on me . Room was dark. No overhead light.

The bigggest problem was the low water pressure, but hot water eventual came and I was able to shower. Otherwise, this was a low price leader for a college town Homecoming weekend

It’s not worth the money. I cannot say it was dirty but it was not clean either. Also the property was so old and the problem is that it is not cheap either.

Nice friendly check in. Wonderful River view. Wildlife viewing. Wooded setting. Plenty of shelf space in bath room. Convenient location to both West Lebanon and Hanover. Noisy neighbor turned down TV upon request.

We had a room with a view of the river. It was nice. Room was a little on the small side for the price. The a/c worked yet it is kinda blocked by the tv stand. The bed felt like you were sleeping on a rock. Overall the place was nice quiet place tucked away in the woods. Bring what you need cuz there is no store close by unles you drive back to town. They had some kind of breakfast yet i didnt eat it. Check out is at 10 little earlier than i like yet my biggest thing was the steep price. You can find a way better place to stay for $200 .

Staff were very friendly. Location was convenient to Dartmouth College and the West Lebanon/White Rive Jct area. Microwave and frig helpful BUT the room was old fashioned and could use a makeover. Included breakfast was useful but there was one sad banana and juice machine didn't work and there were many small ants crawling on the counter which was pointed out to staff on departure. Prices have gone way up but this was not worth the money

People were great and the room was cozy. The view was excellent.

Made for a great nights sleep. The property is right on the Connecticut River and on July 4th, there was the most amazing firework display directly across the river from the motel. Enjoyed the whole thing without another soul around except the hotel operator! Near free public bus stop.
