I was really disappointed with this hotel. It is extremely dated and needs a full makeover. Using blankets in rooms in 2024 I so wasn't expecting, so unhygienic they were the first thing we removed from the beds on arrival. In the bathroom there was a bath and a shower attachment but no shower curtain or screen so makes for a very wet bathroom. The safe is not even attached to anything in the wardrobe so pretty useless you can just pick it up so nowhere secure to leave valuables. The view from the bedroom was like looking out on a prison yard with the barbed wire and derelict grounds. The pool area looked grim. At nighttime it was like being on top of a nightclub with the music so loud, no one wants to be listening to the Macarena from their bed, so don't come here expecting to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fine and a selection of food. There is secure parking if you have a car. For what I paid for one night I certainly expected a much better standard of hotel. The location was good to walk into Lecce although the hotel is on a very busy road.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but it was clean overall. The location is perfect for transportation and walking. Parking is included as well as breakfast, which was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was a decent hotel with large and comfortable rooms, sufficient amenities, decent breakfast. It is what can be expected from a congress and group hotel, meaning there is no human touch. This is what I felt but I am not complaining and I would stay here again. The hotel is within 5-10 minutes from the historical city center.

A worn facility, very large with elevators and gated parking for maximum security. My room was large with a balcony. Breakfast was very nice with cooked eggs and bacon and the best tea selection yet! A bit of a walk and boring to the historic part. Staff was nice yet limited in doing extra to give suggestions. The area is run down. The lobby is huge and bleak- empty. No stairs for big bags! Several elevators.

There is nothing really wrong with this hotel and the location is excellent for walking into the old town (10 minutes to Naples Gate). Our room was big and clean but a bit tired. It’s a huge hotel really set up for conferences and events - it felt like staying in a school trip hotel. The signage is awful and took us a while to work out how to get in from the car park and then find reception. Not very personal but perfectly adequate.

Property location is within proximity of the city shopping centre and access to the historical sites, churches and abundance of cafes and restaurants. Very pleasant and safe.

No idea where the 4 Stars come from, it's more like a youth hostel. Very clean but this is it. It is a good 20minutes walk from the old city. Rooms and bathrooms are very basic. Shower is for children only. The staff including reception speaks very little if any English. TV channels in the room are only italian. Newspapers in the lobby only italian. Breakfast is very basic, staff rather unfriendly and even impolite. Dirty dishes are not touched as long as guest are at the table no matter how high they pile up. No idea where the rooms on the website are located, none of our group had anything like it or closely resembling it. Very noisy as it is located across from the bus terminal. A lot of concrete.
