前台的服務態度比較好，客房服務的態度非常好設施的話，因為是老建築，所以能用，但是比較老舊，有歡迎的餅乾糖果也有熱水壺總體來説的話，這個價格還是非常不錯。

This is not the best decorated member of the Bastion group, and the price also reflects that. However it is well connected for public transport, the staff are all helpful and friendly, and it is well located in the suburbs on the Leiden and Voorschoten border.

Great stay. Sometimes staff locks door at night and you will have to wait to be let in, but its good safety and they take care of place very well

The hotel itself is all you can expect from a budget hotel, possibly a bit more. Staff are friendly, beds are comfortable and clean, and breakfast is good. Slight ****** would be it's not near the centre and the bus isn't very frequent, so car is really the only way around. This adds cost as parking is expensive! Maybe loan bikes would help?

Room not cleaned properly. Almost empty toilet paper. No restaurant facility. No food available in the evening. No advice about taken away services. Bar not stocked, Nuts complementary only after asking. Waitress not interesses when customer complained

It's quite an anonymous, business-orientated hotel, handy for the ring road, less handy for the centre of Leiden on foot or by public transport. The breakfast buffet is good but expensive and there aren't any other options in the area. The room has everything you need, including an espresso pod machine. A shelf in the shower would have been an improvement.

It is a very basic but clean hotel. There is an on-site restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was a very positive stay. Pillows are thin, bring your own shower gel, and the rooms are small but everything is very clean and it’s also very quiet.

Very bad

J'avais réservé l'hôtel pour une nuit. Mon compagnon est tombé gravement malade et j'ai demandé, 1 semaine avant l'échéance, l'annulation sans frais étant donné les circonstances exceptionnelles. Nous savons que nous ferons un séjour chaque année à Leyden pour le basket. Malgré cela, ils ont gardé l'argent versé. Je suis très déçue !!!
