ステーンホフ スイーツ(Boutique Hotel Steenhof Suites - Adults Only)

The hotel was faultless in all regards. Of particular mention were the room service breakfast, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Our 4 nights were memorable.

What a stunning hotel! We were deeply impressed with the location and the management. Our room was exquisite, the breakfasts delightful. We could not have had a better stay anywhere else. We hope to return, and can recommend Steenhof Suites without hesitation.

Steenhof Suites was a beautiful property. We were in the Presidential Suite as that was the only room left when booking, and it was amazing. Besides having a very large bedroom/living room area, there was a beautiful bathroom and gorgeous modern kitchen. To top it all off, there was a washer and dryer with detergent included! The property was renovated beautifully and had modern furniture which made it interesting in this old building. There isn’t a staff there 24 hours so you do have to give them an idea of when you’re arriving. They also don’t have a kitchen, but breakfast was brought in at the time you requested and was wonderful. I can’t recommend this property highly enough!

It works against you when you leave great reviews for your favorite room in Europe. I'm fortunate to have stayed here twice in the same room . Would stay again.

Very nice, great location and excellent service. We liked it a lot, just hung out for three days. Good grocery store one block away.

Waited 45 minutes for the after-6pm-receptionist to answer his phone and let me in. Yes, they knew I was coming at 8pm. But aside from needing to replace him with a night manager who answers his phone instead of partying, excellent hotel.

The room was quite large and beautiful. The surroundings very nice. The things I didn't like that much is the self-check-in after 7 PM.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in a 15th century building in the heart of Leiden. The hotel is in perfect condition, and the staff is very friendly an helpful. The reason that my rating is less than 5, is the absence of an elevator. More senior customers may find it difficult to climb spiral staircases to their rooms. It would be important to mention this in the hotel description.

Nice small hotel with friendly staff. Room on ground floor faced street but not much noise. Excellent location for central Leiden. Separate underground parking very short walk.
