The property was not really clean. Walls in room were dirty esp in bathroom. The check in time of 5 is slightly inconvenient as it is late in day and most people arrive earlier. However the hosts were very friendly and helpful and luckily arrived early so we could at least put our bags inside. They responded quickly by email

I had the absolute pleasure of booking a stay at the Villa Louvre Lens recently, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience...unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. Imagine my delight when I arrived, eagerly anticipating a relaxing night, only to find the place completely closed, like a ghost town. Oh, but the fun didn't stop there! I spent the entire day trying to reach someone, anyone, at the hotel. But alas, their phone seemed to be on an extended vacation as well. You know, it's not every day that you willingly part with your hard-earned money just to sleep on the streets, but hey, the Villa Louvre Lens made sure to deliver that unique opportunity. And let's not forget the cherry on top - the icing on this disaster cake: the fact that they conveniently forgot the concept of refunds. Who needs money back anyway, right? I suppose my lost night's sleep was just a generous contribution to their mysterious and elusive business model. If you're looking for an unparalleled experience of frustration, confusion, and the sheer joy of throwing your money into a black hole, the Villa Louvre Lens should be your top choice. They've truly mastered the art of disappointment. Kudos to them!

Accueil très agréable, chambre spacieuse, hôtel très proche de la gare à 25 minutes à pied du Musée Louvre Lens.

Unfortunately I had booked the wrong hotel. I was meant to be travelling to HOTEL LOUVRE not VILLA LOUVRE. This hotel (hostel) is fine for budget standards but not for business travel. Reception asked for money upfront when I arrived and then would not refund me when I realised I was at the wrong hotel. I had paid for 3 nights and was happy to pay for one / even two nights as per the notice period. There is no hotel parking, and the road was blocked for a festival so I could not get near the road for the hotel until after 8pm. The hotel was clean but very basic. I would name this as a hostel rather than as a hotel. There is no security and reception is only manned for a short time.

Suite à plusieurs nuits passées dans cet hôtel, je tenais à vous faire part de mon avis. Un petit hôtel qui donne une impression que nous sommes en famille, comme à la maison. Les chambres sont bien décorées et fonctionnelles. L’ambiance est très sympathique et nous fait oublier que nous sommes dans un hôtel. Les gérants sont très professionnels et vous apportent toutes les attentions attendues. À bientôt.

Good location. The hotel was described as offering free parking but that was not the case. Please change that in the description!

Close to town center and restaurants. Train station also easily reached on foot.

Très bel accueil, déjeuner excellent. J'ai passé un moment sympathique avec les propriétaires.

À partir de la veille où j'annonce que je vais arriver plus tôt ... Mon arrivée et l'acceuil de madame... Le confort de la chambre Van GOGH Les belles histoires avec Monsieur au petit dej... Le petit frais et copieux ... Je dis superbe séjour ..... Merci
