We stayed for a week during the Downhill World Cup. The hotel is amazing, the staff are all really welcoming and super helpful. The location couldn't be better. We stayed in Studio 51 and the room was perfect, just what we wanted, the only small issue would be that it gets warm and there is no air conditioning to cool it down at night. The bike rental was excellent. We hired some e-bikes (Mondraker Crafty R) for a few days. They were in great condition, possibly because it was near the start of the season, but apart from a few tweaks to get the setup right they were ready to go. The breakfasts, dinner and the BBQs were all superb, I would recommend booking a table though as it can get quite busy. The Cube is a really nice area to eat in. The island bar is a fantastic place to have a drink. I have to mention the bar staff, they were amazing. Maria, in particular, looked after us so well. Even in some trying circumstances, she made sure we were taken care of, thank you so much. We will be back

Perfect location, very close to Asitzbahn cable car. The atmosphere is realy great and the personnel are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is ok and dinner is amazing. The rooms are not so big but cosy and very clean. Washing and dryer machine, facilities for cleaning the bikes and also mentainance gear for bikes are provided. Definetly we’ll return.

We had a blast in your hotel with my wife and child, the party’s you have and the incredible vibe is memorable. Our room was exciting beautiful everything was extremely clean and organized! We want to say a big thank you to all the service staff that did a great job and a special thanks to Maria from the island bar with her great performance in cocktails and suggestions, great team you have there!

Clean hotel, beautiful design in the lobby and rooms, top service at reception and restaurant, and the location is great at is on walking distance to the ski area. I recommend this hotel for sure to others!

The hotel is beautiful, the amenities are awesome and the restaurant is great. Didn't want to leave. The rooms are designed so well and are very comfortable and clean. We didn't want to leave. It's well worth the trek out to that area.

Schon der erste Eindruck beim Betreten des Hotels ist von modernstem Design und vielen kleinen Details bei der ausgewählten und teils außergewöhnlichen Gestaltung des Interieurs geprägt. Alle weiteren Eindrücke des Zimmers, des gastronomischen Bereichs zu allen Tageszeiten sowie des Wellness-Bereiches verdienen eine höchste Bewertung. Damit im Einklang steht auch die gute Laune und spürbare Orientierung zum Gast des gesamten Personals. Zusammenfassend für einen dreitägigen Besuch in der Nebensaison: finde den Fehler - es gibt keinen. Wir waren auf der Durchreise ins Priesteregg und machten wieder einen Zwischenstopp um ein leckeres Frühstück zu genießen. Zuerst einmal möchte ich mich recht herzlich dafür bedanken das wir immer ein Platz bekommen da das nicht selbstverständlich ist. Für uns ist das Frühstücksbuffet im Mama Thresl nach einer langen Autofahrt immer das Highlight und der Beginn eines schönen Urlaubes. Wie gesagt das Frühstück ist echt himmlisch genauso wie der Service .Wir haben uns mit der Bedienung so nett ausgetauscht und gesagt wir kommen noch mal für einen Kaffee vorbei leider haben wir das nicht mehr geschafft. Das tut uns wirklich von Herzen ❤️ leid. Wir hoffen das wir uns nächstes Jahr wieder sehen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles wir fühlen uns immer wie wenn wir nach Hause kommen. Liebe Grüße

Großartig ….selten so ein perfekt geführtes Hotel erlebt. Das gesamte Personal hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich , aufmerksam und immer gut gelaunt und auch untereinander liebevoll und fröhlich. Tolle Ideen im Ausbau des Hotels . Die Zimmer gemütlich und originell, Alles in Holz gehalten , zB. Man sucht den Fernsehapparat… wo er sich befindet …… ist unter anderem ein Besuch wert. Waren dort essen im Januar als wir in leogang waren. Sehr schön dort, gmeütlich .Essen war sehr gut. Nur musste man nach dem Essen dann bald wieder Platz machen,weil schon wieder Gäste gewartet haben... aber besuch lohnt sich, werden es wieder bessuchen!
