Eenvoudig hotel met geweldig avondeten maar ontbijt is erg matig . Service van personeel is wel super ook de tours die door hotel geregeld worden zijn super en niet duur. Enige negatieve is echt ontbijt voor de rest qua prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima

arrived around 2pm - main entrance very unwelcoming and tacky (if I hadn’t had a reservation I wouldn’t have stayed! it was so unwelcoming), quick friendly check in but I always ask for top floor away from lift - and there isn’t one so I had to traipse up eight flights of stairs. large room, spotlessly clean, hot on arrival but exceptionally efficient A/C lowered temperature very quickly. safe & Fridge worked well. gr8 recently modernised pool, bar and restaurant super. 5 minutes walk to Puerto Fluvial for boats to everywhere and to local bars - thoroughly recommended despite entrance

The wifi doesn’t work in my room. Like at all. That is so tiring. I need to go to the staircase to handle anything. How very inconvenient.

Checkin was good. The hotel is used for travellers going into the Amazonas and just stay for one night or transit. We did have a good meal and some drinks at the pool. No worries, fine hotel.

We stayed here twice- one night before and one night after a trip into the Amazon. Rooms are huge, shower has hot water, restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. On our first stay, I thought the hotel was fine. Upon Rey from the jungle it fest like the Ritz Carlton. Perspective is everything. Location is great, staff are lovely and so very friendly and helpful. Pool is huge and very clean. Highly recommend. Something to consider- most locals regard this as the nicest hotel in Leticia. I can’t argue with that considering the other options I saw.

Very convenient location and reasonably priced. The owner has a travel agency within the hotel, Wifi works only in the main floor which is very inconvenient. The american breakfast does not include juice, cereal or waffles, it comes with coffee, eggs fruit and bread. They offer luggage storage before check in time and after check out time , that is very helpful

It was alright. Not really worth the price, but nothing wrong with it. Terrible wifi.

Very clean, excellent location and staff very attentive

i liked the location. didnt like there was no mini fridge on the room to keep drinks cold. had to get ice all the way from the 4rth floor and sometimes there wasnt any available/
