マイ プレイス ホテル - カウンシル ブラフス / オマハ イースト アイオワ(My Place Hotel-Council Bluffs/Omaha East, IA)

Basic, but great hotel for a quick rest. Easy parking, friendly staff, and very close to Iowa West Sports Plex and ******s.

This was our second attempt at staying this particular My Place, but this time we checked out early and went someplace else, this place just wasn't worth saving a few dollars. Our room smelled like a dirty, greasy worker had stayed there and the smell of his job was stuck in the room. Then the king sized bed was sunk down on one side and i had to sleep on the mound on the other side. I hoped i could get past the smell, but my husband wasn't feeling well and i didn't want to bother him to change rooms. But once i laid down in bed, i knew i was not staying another night. I can get used to the tiny rooms (only a nightstand on one side) and low toilet, but this My Place is not in the same as the other My Place Hotels I've stayed at.

The staff was extraordinary. The weather was difficult, but the staff, WOW! Checked out, but had to stay until the tow truck came. They kindly allowed us to sit in the lounge with coffee, internet, and TV. This will be our choice hotel every time we are in town. THANK YOU!

Kind staff, nice room, comfy bed. Shower warmed up quickly. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Pots and pans not provided in room, but are available in the lobby (for a cost). Room was clean and everything worked.

Very nice; just tacky to offer a kitchenette but have it completely unstocked. You have to bring your own pots and pans or buy them from the hotel! At least we got to utilize the full sized fridge.

The place is clean, and the staff is amazing. The description in ******* mentions they have free breakfast, but they do not. The staff mentioned they hadn't had free breakfast for more than 1.5 years now. In addition, Experida mentioned the room sleeps five, but it had two queen beds. ******* needs to update its website. The staff was very kind and gave us a free bed for the fifth person to sleep. Furthermore, the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming at 2:00 am when we checked in.

We loved this pet friendly hotel and would stay again. It is a chain so we will look for other “My Place” hotels during our travels. It was clean, economical and comfortable.

Overall, a good experience. Fast and efficient check-in, clean room in excellent shape, large room as well. Bed sheets weren't very soft, seemed kind-of cheap. But for the most part, this was a good stay!

Great prices with great quality! I grew up on hotels with no breakfast, and these have little kitchens instead! Always clean and friendly!
