Good : Spacious room, extra soap and shampoo in room, room was adequately cleaned. There were a few hot items provided for breakfast and coffee was plentiful. Bad: One side of bed nearly broken, TV remote didn’t work properly, in room coffee maker broken, hallways excessively dirty. A few undesirables were hanging around the property. This Red Roof allows extended stays which usually means problems. Management does not appear to check behind the housekeepers; a little supervision would have caught simple issues.

Can not say enough to stay far away fom this hotel! Hallway and room smelled so bad it gave us an instant headache and stomach ache! The only good thing I can say about it is that they didn't question at all and just gave us our money back immediately! We had to try find another hotel at 9:00 at night. Very stressful, do not make the same mistake we did!

Room was very clean. Loved having the full fridge. Beds were super comfortable. Hallways could really use some work. Carpet seemed very dirty.

If i could give this plave negative stars, I would. By far, the worst hotel my family and I have stayed in. Check-in the attendant barely spoke to me so we had to figure out both where our pups were allowed to use the bathroom and where our room was. To get to our room, we used an elecatpr that clearly had the inspection license renoved and had panels hanging from the control center. The room: dirty stained sheets greeted us on the bed, the bathroom you could tell someone someone blew their nose in the shower and it was left on the wall, the counter had a green waxy substance on it, the walls were so thin you could hear the gentle conversations in the hall, the mattress was more like a boxspring with $1 pillow from Walmart. And if you think your saving for breakfast think again. Breakfast was either cereal, toast, biscut and gravy, or a waffle with one waffle maker that you had to wait forever for. This place needs some serious cleaning and upkeep.

I liked the large rooms and the full ll sized fridge in our suite. I slept great but my husband thought the bed was to firm. It was not the cleanest room but I have seen far worse .I would suggest checking the seal on the toilet because it rocked and after showering there was so much condensation that the ceiling dripped.For the price we paid it was still a good deal .I almost forgot it was pretty quiet for being right along the interstate. I would stay there again

Is there a rude they accuse us of stuff that we didn't do there's no smoke detector in the room and they took $100 deposit when they checked the room saying there was smoke and ashes in the sink I will not rent ever again

This was the absolute worst hotel ever! You can hear EVERYTHING! Including children running up and down the halls and screaming at all hours. Its cheap, worn down and TINY! The beds were SO uncomfortable! One night of our stay, the fire alarm continued to go off intermittently and the front desk just shrugged it off. WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT AND A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

I was a little nervous about staying at this property after reading some of the current reviews, especially at the price point it was. But from reservation to check out everything exceeded my expectation The gentleman that checked us in was friendly, engaged in our questions. He was very professional & had excellent customer service skills. Our room was STUNNING ! The entire room was clean , smelled fresh, the Hot tub was amazing. We were never bothered by people, noise or any concerns about safety . I would absolutely stay again & recommend this location to others.

Great front desk staff, clean and decent. Tv and light issues but overall good value
