The room was so clean and beds so comfortable. Perfect location. Close to any shopping needed. Faye at the front desk was the highlight of our stay tho. She was so kind, helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again just to see her.

This is probably the most welcoming hotel I've been in for some time. The check in experience was wonderful. They had a remodel in the past few years and there is some current work being done now. My room was modern and comfortable. The Food & Beverage section was run by LIZA. Liza was incredible! She embodied the definition of hospitality. She was very attentive and a joy to talk with. If Marriott wants to know what it takes to create a great Courtyard experience, look no further than Liza.

Great location, friendly check in staff. Disappointed that the bar was not open in the evening. Also had a annoying cleaning staff that kept pounding on our door at 9am, check out was at noon.

Spent one night on the road home. Property was clean and room was updated. Front of the building was in the process of getting a facelift, but the work was quiet (painting) and presented no inconveniences. Did not use the dining facility or bar. Fitness center had equipment all in working order.

I stayed at this particular hotel 2 times within two weeks. The first time everything was fine other than room 107 is particularly noisy the entire night with doors opening and closing. I stayed again recently travel back on the second floor. Though it was much quieter the shower was full of mold! I went to the desk and was told all they could do is take photos and let “them” know whoever “they” are. I did not hear back from “them” so on 8/16 I called the manager his exact words were “oh I thought we had taken care of all the rooms with mold” WHAT?!! He was not very personable and somewhat rude in my opinion and took the entire situation quite lightly. He said he would take a look at the room. I do not expect perfection but I definitely do not expect mold anywhere in the room. The hotel staff is incredible and kind. Other than this the first room I was in other than noise was great. The bistro is convenient I highly recommend the chicken Quesadilla! The manager’s way of handling the situation was less than desirable and enough to make me not go back there.

Huge thanks to Candi and the amazing staff at The Courtyard Lexington South. Easy access for driving and a huge parking lot. The lobby was clean and check in was smooth. Our double Queen room was amazing. It had a walk out deck!! The beds were so comfy and it was stocked with all the amenities we needed. Refrigerator, coffee pot, huge flat screen TV and business area. I made my way down to the fully stocked bar and had a very nice Gin and Tonic. I sat in one of the cushy booths and relaxed for awhile. Next to the bar was a Starbucks for food and coffee needs. The hotel was very quiet and a good nights sleep was easy to get!! We worked out in the fitness center which has a ton of equipment. It was also clean, and well maintained. It also looked to have meeting/banquet rooms. I highly recommend this hotel. There are also a bunch of food and shopping options right across the street. Thanks again we can’t wait to be back!

Hotel is very clean and nice. Location is safe. Its a busy area, need car or uber. Nice reataurants nearby but pricey ones, know before you go. The hotel bar I would like to see be better, drinks not very good, usually missing some ingredients. But Ive stayed here a few times, that doesn't deter me from it. Everything else is nicely kept up.

I had a great stay at this location! The room was very roomy, the water pressure in the shower was outstanding. Very clean. Great restaurants around the property making it so easy to just walk to dinner.
