クラリオン グランドホテル ズラティー レヴ(Clarion Grandhotel Zlaty Lev)

Das gebuchte Deluxe Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett war nicht verfügbar, obwohl so gebucht wurde! Der Roomservice war schlecht, Betten wurden einfach nur irgendwie zusammen gewurschtelt, Badezimmer, hier speziell das WC war nicht sauber. Die Beanstandung bei der Servicekraft half leider auch nicht. Die Badezimmertür konnte nicht geöffnet werden, ohne das schlafende Personen im Zimmer wach wurden, hier sollte wirklich mal geölt werden um das Quietschen zu beseitigen. Die Spuren auf den Bodenfliesen von vorherigen Übungen waren nicht zu übersehen. Alle Einbauten im Bad waren lose, die Duschabtrennung war extrem undicht, selbst bei vorsichtigem, achtsamen Duschen war der Boden unter Wasser. Hier passt Preis/Leistung derzeit leider nicht, wir sind Stammgäste und kennen es deutlich besser. Die Parkgebühren sind sehr sportlich, zumal wegen der Baustelle definitiv zu wenig Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen und man auf Sandhaufen oder Gehwegen parken musste.

I visited this hotel three times in the year 2023 and always felt like a queen. Starting with welcoming, very friendly, polite and helpful reception staff, through the clean and comfortable room to the rich breakfast everything was perfect. I always tend to try different hotels when coming repeatedly to the same place but after a first stay in Zlaty Lev Liberec became an exception and I always book this hotel and will keep on doing it.

Very nice hotel in "old style", but with some glamour, in the City Center of Liberec. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, everything perfect.

Lovely pictures, trampled red carpets and crystal chandeliers are really not making 4* hotel. Average 2-3* hotel with old furniture. Stuff doesnt give a damn about you. According to bookings there should be pool and sauna - to be honest I dont know. I felt like Im bothering receptionist so I didnt go again to reception to check. At check in she didnt mention that option, in room I didnt find any info neither. There are parking places in from of the hotel (11€/night). Breakfast was again average for 3*, not good coffee.

The hotel need to make 100% sure that their guest do understand what most foreigners don't know: blue-marked parkings are for residents only - you can't pay them! There are signs but in Czech only - hotel receptionist with limited english was missunderstood (not far away parking is chargeable 8-18h). City itself seems to rub fingers about the foreigners who all have to pay fines.... We parked there for ca. 15mins for checkin and room visit - when I returned to car to remove it the police have been visiting: parking clamp installed and removal only for 1000 CZK cash (no other currency or creditcard, receipt handwritten like 1995) We could cancel our stay at hotel as I was so pissed that I didn't wanted to spend any money in a city which welcomes me like that. Our room was classic style, high ceilings, Jugend flair - however offiicial rates are too high (Spa access extra)

Stunning view from our room window to the mountains side, arrived on weekends reception amazing welcoming, fitness and wellness was open from 8 am, but reception guy (sorry forgot he’s name) was suggested is fine he can open early for us which was very nice of him, room was clean and good just one thing the air conditioning was abit of trouble figuring out how it work but we made it😀 , breakfast in morning top notch lots of options to choose from 🙌🏽 so thank you for make it special weekend Recommend for family trip is best Most definitely looking forward to comeback here by winter time cheers ✌🏾

Very nice architectural highlight in the city. traditional style of the early 20 century and one of the prettiest buildings in Liberec and next to the Castle. The service is very friendly and nice, esp. also for children! The lobby looks impressive

Grand Hotel with great high ceilings. I had the deluxe single room with the most amazing views. My bathroom was clean and looked like it was newly installed. Only snugg was my pillows could have been firmer, they were soft and lifeless. Nevertheless, I slept well.

Please...Take the plastic from the windows that prevents any view to the outside!! It is very depressing. We will definitely choose another hotel that does not have such a restrictive and claustrophobic covering!
