This new hotel is the perfect place to stay when arriving or departing from the Liberia airport. The staff--special shootout to Daniel--are friendly, professional, helpful, and multilingual. The hotel is clean and well decorated. The pool and bar area provides a comfortable place to relax. The fitness room is clean, cool, and has sufficient equipment to get in a good workout or stretch. The rooms are small with comfortable beds. I will stay at the Hampton Inn Guanacaste again!

After booking and arrive to the hotel , we couldn’t sleep due to high noise . After long wait ( 5 hours ) and midnight, we were finally move to other room for few hours sleep . They offered refund , but still haven’t received after a month . . They have a 100% “guarantee” which seems to be just a marketing solution for them . Overprice . I will avoid it , if I have time to stay somewhere else.

The hotel was beautiful and so convenient to the airport. The airport shuttle was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Horatio and the person at the front desk who helped get my necklace to me at the airport when it slipped off my neck by the hotel elevator. I called after going through security realizing it was missing. The staff found the necklace and brought it to security at the airport who got it to me. So appreciative that they went over and above as the necklace meant so much to me. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent newly opened hotel close by Liberia Airport. Super convenient, excellent amenities and really friendly staff. Has a very nice pool, restaurant with free breakfast, and shuttle to airport every 15 minutes. A great option if you have a late arrival or early departure.

The hotel shuttle was every 10 min which was great, the pool area and room were fabulous, the furniture was top notch and the breakfast was great! The bad-there was no hot water for showers, the menu for lunch and dinner lacked variety and was $$$ and the 2 bed rooms were doubles.

Had to change my original booking, ******* told me they confirmed with the property it was okay. Well, I arrive on the new dates and surprise.... the hotel has NOTHING for me. Once it was finally sorted, I ended up having to pay for a room again, and the room I was in had NO AIR CONDITIONING. They sent a tech up to inspect, but he couldn't fix it.

This hotel was perfect to stay for our first night in Costa Rica. We were traveling with our 8 month old and 3 year old and didn't want to have to rush to get our rental car and then drive another 1.5 hours our next destination after the long plane ride. This was a perfect way to break it up. They do provide an airport shuttle. Also provided a pack and play. Rooms are small but perfect for a short stay. We got settled and enjoyed dinner and quick dip in the pool. Woke up next morning for free continental breakfast before taking off. I imagine the planes could be a little noisy at night, but we sleep with a sound machine so it didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful new hotel, great room, comfy bed and awesome walkin shower....but they forgot coffee in the room. HOWEVER Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs tasted like powdered egg and 'breakfast sausages' were cheap fried hotdog weiners, no bacon, potatoes soggy. Very poor food for a quality hotel.
