alot of moskitos and no AC in the room - can't breadth - rush to ckeck-out waiting 30min outsdide the room. Will never go back to this resort

This is my second time visiting this resort. I am not fast to give a poor review and like to give the business always a chance. As being this my second visit, I must review since it seems that nothing or very little has been done to improve the hospitality of this resort. Let’s do this by sections: 1. Check in: The two times I booked a premium reservation which it means beach view & private. Receptionist told me this time that I had premium although the first view was the pool/restaurant area. But it was also the fact that my first reservation it was completely private & this one was shared by another family bungalow. They didn’t try to accommodate but I still pay the full price for something it was not worth 100% Someone arrives with you at the room to make you sign 5 pieces for everything. 5 forks,spoons,knives,glasses,towels. Also count remote controls blankets cups& plates. Well you better count well I had 4 forks not 5 and she had to adjust her document otherwise they charge you at check out. 2. Room Irma: My room was missing all pillow sleeves and the fire detector battery kept on beeping. Had to call maintenance to have it change. 3. Breakfast included: a glass of much water of pineapple or papaya juice warm/cold coffee & cold eggs. They have menu items but you are never told to pay at the restaurant. So if you bring no money and need to go to your room to get cash be prepare to leave all persona information in addition to whatever you have already given them because I guess they don’t trust anyone and they think you will fly out of the country for 5 dollars 5. Checking out is at noon. At 11:30 someone comes to “remind you” of checkout time. Not only that is enough, they send two men at 11:35 am to wait outside your door and rush you to get out. It is extremely uncomfortable to have to shower and change knowing your doors are open with men outside waiting for you like you are some sort of criminal. Totally unnecessary. 6. And to finish l, this lovely resort has not AC units, windows has not screen to protect from mosquitoes and d flys to come in, therefore sleeping will be either too hot with closed windows or you will be up late at night fighting to kill mosquitoes because they will not you viciously all night. They do not provide: hand towels or shower towels. Shampoo is two-in-one soap and shampoo but you have to wash yourself with your hands because they do not provide small towels for the shower. No body cream no conditioner, nothing extra. Don’t ask for ice because although they have a full kitchen they don’t want to give you any. No beach chairs either. They have a beautiful beach in front of the resort but if you don’t bring your own you will be seating in the hard sand. No bar, no pool music, no privacy. I feel this resort has potential, but whomever is managing this place has lots to learn and a lot of work to do. Staff is somehow pleasant depends on the mood they are in. I do not recommend staying here because I did not

Nice location and ideal for large groups but not enough staff was available to make our stay memorable. The few people in the lobby had no clue how to check in customers from abroad and it can take hours to be admitted into the property. Also, be aware there is an additional tax ONLY for Peruvians and they are very welcoming to them. If you are a foreigner staff is very suspicious and make your stay unwelcoming.

El hotel muy disminuido. No pueden no hacer las camas y lo venden como hotel. Servicio deficiente. Lo mejor la piscina

Pésimo hotel pésimas instalaciones ni vayan a ir

El lugar es bonito,muy cerca a playa. pero la playa es sucia y el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones pero esta lleno de moscas que no dejan ni dormir . MOscas por decenas.

podría ser mejor, las habitaciones modernizarlas. que las normas de convivencia sean siempre cumplidas, el comedor mas ágil y moderno. Deben pensar en hacerle la competencia a hoteles privados. mas zonas de descanso y relax con TVs, mesas de juego, sillones, etc. mas zona de parrillas. No es tan barato para los privados, por eso deberían ofrecer mas y mejor

El precio demasiado caro para lo que se recibe y el servicio pésimo. Hay diferentes cobros para los de la derrama magisterial que para los demas visitantes. Pague como 200 dolares por noche y no lo vale. No lo recomendaria a nadie.

La nevera no funciona bien, todos los tomacorrientes son planos y solo te dejan un adaptador, la comida del restaurante si es buena
