Good hotel in convenient location

Just had ten days at the hotel . The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice we were in 423 & 425 . Food is nice there is something for everyone breakfast Lunch and dinner you would have to be extremely fussy if you couldn’t find anything you liked. The restaurant manager dimitrios is very attentive and will make sure everything is ok and the staff are welcoming . The beach bar is great and we enjoyed a meal down there which was lovely you get one reservation per stay. Beer is not the strongest but if you move on to cocktails you are likely to feel it more ! Location is fab five minutes from the ***** with plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall a great holiday and would definitely recommend

When we arrived we were dropped off right outside the hotel by Jet2 so it looks as if the complaints of being dropped at the top of the street have been listened to and acted upon. However, it really isn't that far to the top of the street either. We arrived at check in and had to fill out the forms as others have said, it wasn't too bad though. The issue came with the tourist tax. We knew we had to pay it but wasn't aware that it was cash only. We don't carry much cash these days on holiday so this almost wiped us out as we were expecting to pay on card. The safe can be paid for on card though. The receptionist was pleasant enough. The room is nice. Modern bathroom and the shower worked ok. We had no issues with getting the air conditioning to work and had it on 18 regularly. The cleaning of the rooms was ok too although we had to ask for toilet roll a few times. The fridge doesn't get too cold but it's ok. They're not 5* rooms but nice enough. The food that is served is nice and cooked well but does get repetitive as with most all inclusive hotels. If you are a fussy eater you would struggle as we did a few evenings. Lunch seems to be better than dinner. Always lots of pasta options. The hot food was warm rather than hot. The staff in the dining room are pretty rude, you struggle to get a smile out of them and they don't look where they are going with the trolleys. They do clear plates pretty quick but do ask you before they take them. Breakfast has everything you would need but lacks a few essentials on a cooked breakfast and they don't have fresh juice which I found odd or any mayo. The evening meals lacks basics like pizza and burgers, I think kids would struggle at this hotel. Always lots of fish and veal options if that's your think. It's ok but could be a lot better and never ever a 5*, it's barely a 4*. The drinks are a real issue. I have no problem with local spirits being on the all inclusive but at least include a decent variety. You get dry gin, vodka, white rum and a few liquors. The wine is watered down as you would expect. Not great. The hotel writes on the information sheet that it is a sustainable hotel but I'm not sure they quite understand the concept. We have reusable cups that keep drinks cold and the bar refuses to fill them. So they put them into a plastic cup, we transfer into our cup and throw the plastic in a general waste bin. Not exactly kind on the environment. I'm not an eco warrior but don't advertise you something when you miss out the basics. Not even a 3* for drinks. Don't expect all the branded stuff but expect more choice given the rating. There is only a pool bar used all day and night, the other bar is the reception area which isn't staffed or stocked. Really really poor. Not sure when they were given the 5* rating but it wasn't in this decade that's for sure. Communal areas need modernising too. They're quite shabby. We arrived late and were given a room where toilet didn't flush and extracter fan from the kitchen blew on to our balcony. The next day we mentioned this at reception and we were given another room 401 which we were very happy with. We were not charged any extra. Staff are really helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Demetris at the bar works so hard and alone which I felt he needed more staff. ( big q's) His head looked battered by the end of the night. Food is good and outside bar area very nice. I will mention not enough sunbeds and people putting towels on beds at 6am. Nearly all beds taken by 7am however there are large beanbags you can grab. All in all enjoyed our stay

Spent 4 days at this hotel for our honeymoon. It was so great! The room was perfect! My favourite part was the service all around. They packed us lunch for our excursions, and spoiled us during our stay. The food in the buffet was amazing, the manager at the restaurant was so lovely making sure we were taken care of. 10/10 would come back.

Me and my partner stayed here for 7 nights through jet 2 and to put it simply, there is no way this is a 4/5 star hotel. I feel as though there are only selective photos available of this hotel on the jet 2 website/ hotel website as the rooms are lovely and modern however everything else is extremely out dated and not how it is made to look like. We encountered our very first problem when we arrived at the hotel to check in at around 2am. We were obviously very tired from 12 hours of travelling and we approach the reception with the 2 other couples who have arrived. The receptionist proceeds to advise us we need to email the hotel our confirmation bookings as proof that we are staying here, this is also being done in couples one by one and we were being told to sit down and relax. At 2am. The first couple couldn’t even get onto the hotel wifi to send the email over, they were having troubles for well over 10 minutes when I went over to the desk and asked if I could just do it myself now instead of waiting around. Eventually, they received my email and I then had to stand there and fill in a form with all of mine and my partners details on, why do they not have this information available themselves? Then we had to pay the €70 hotel tax, we were fully aware of this however I think it should definitely be outlined on the website(s) as one of the other couples had no idea it was a thing and neither of the other couples had cash available to pay it. Next up is the food, I am not too much of a fussy eater however the same food is made every day and there isn’t a wide range of variety on offer. Someone who is a picky eater would definitely struggle if they were here. We paid to be all inclusive but ended up going out to eat most nights as it just wasn’t an enjoyable experience. Onto the outside pool area, we went down to the outside pool with the bar area a few times and there was always a surplus amount of bugs and ants all over the floors. I came to realise that this was from the drinks that had been dropped over the floors and the floors hadn’t been cleaned so there was just ants and spiders absolutely everywhere, all over the sun loungers, floors, and climbing into my belongings. Although I have overall been really disappointed with my stay, I was very pleased with the cleaners, they did such a fantastic job of making the room absolutely spotless every time they went in and that definitely made me feel better. However, every morning we were woken up by loud families shouting along the corridors, slamming doors and generally just being very noisy. I am not the type of person to be bothered by this but the walls must be so thin that you can hear absolutely everything along the corridors so it would wake us up every morning. Finally, we are flying quite late on the way home (12:30am) but our checkout is at 12pm. From start to finish our trip was fabulous. We were greeted with some fresh lemonade by a lovely member of staff. Hotel is gorgeous through out, with lots of food options. The pools and pool bar meant you could stay in the hotel all day if wanted. The great location was close to all of the lively night life. Yet still far away enough to not hear anything at night. The beach bar is lovely, and a lovely member of staff called Andreas was incredible throughout. Beach chairs cost daily but they do on all plots. The room was gorgeous, better than imagined. Couldn’t have been better!! I would really recommend, and would definitely go back! Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!

Hotel a 2 star not 5 . Only thing good about this hotel is refurbished rooms , indoor pool and gym , disgusting , dirty dark and a real mess . Food very repetitive , cheap and nasty , paper cups in rooms not proper cups , do not look at the pictures they show I will show you proper photos , pool area round rear and tennis court totally mess , I’d say avoid at all cost . Rude reception staff , even the jet to rep was a waste of time , just made excuses .
