Fine clean easy apart/hotel ideal for overnight stay. Clear email instructions for the code to get in and for the apartment door . We used the secure parking behind a gate using the code sent to us. All very easy instructions as we arrived after the reception had closed. Super clean and modern bathroom with kitchenette, comfy bed and ground floor. We didn’t use the breakfast but it looked good and served in a lovely conservatory. We will definitely return

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are good. BUT, a big but, no service at all before, during or after. We ordered breakfast, nobody showed to delivered anything (they talk about breakfast boxes, not true). During the weekend there’s nobody, I call to the number they have at the hotel, talked with somebody who said he’s not responsable for that location and nothing else. Afterwards, when I received the invoice to pay, I emailed them asking to correct it and extract the breakfast, no reaction and payment charged at the credit card (obviously I asked my credit card to retain it). Seriously, the lack of response spoilt completely the customer experience

It was somewhat inconvenient not having a staff, but it worked out fine.

Was very clean and close to shops but stayed for 3 days and saw no staff,reception closed the whole time we were there

A great alternative to hotels in Limoges. We stayed in a ground floor studio - came with a fully equipped kitchenette, two induction hotplates, full size fridge, microwave, kettle and nespresso coffee machine. Bed was a decent size but the pillows were awful! No support whatsoever and despite asking the lovely cleaning lady for a spare pair, they made absolutely no difference - probably would have been best if we'd gone to the local shops and bought pillows to be honest. The room was absolutely spotless - there's a massive wet-room style shower room as well - beware though as having a shower does create a lot of water in the room so don't leave anything in thee bathroom that you don't want to get wet!! The apartments are a short walk from the town centre and there's ample parking on site. One small issue was that nobody from management was on site at all during our stay. There was an A4 piece of paper with a note stating that the management had to take an emergency day off and would be back tomorrow - but we never saw them. There was a contact number if required so I suppose if we'd been desperate we would hopefully have been able to get hold of them. So to sum up - highly recommended for a stay in Limoges.

Stunning property, meet and great was on time, great assistance from Mary on meeting us who helped us with our french lol. Room was clean and cosy and in a quiet area, overall no complaints.

Met the owner at check out, a lovely woman, very chatty, would definitely recommend a stay here.

Spacious room, fully equipped kitchenette, very good bed, closed parking. Located in a nice, quite street at walking distance to the city center. Great value for money! Unfortunately Limoges is not my favorite town in France.

The location was easy to find. They use a keyless system with codes for all doors and gates. The beds were very comfortable. It would be nice if they left some cream for the coffee.
