A perfect stay at this lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful host who speaks excellent english. Super french breakfast. Close to the centre and railway station. We will be staying again in the future.

You get one miserable pillow for your bed. Question of doubt when you say, only one towel in our room for two people… breakfast, is from the processed packet. More importantly, don’t touch the automatic door - that’s the greeting you get from your host. I could go on….. but we won’t be back. P. S. Bring your own shower gel Barry - Ireland 🇮🇪

19th century building beautifully restored, combining traditional features with contemporary styling. Personal, friendly service, good breakfast in delightful dining area. Also represents excellent value for money.

The hotel is located in a very convenient position to the train station (5 mins walk). There is also parking outside the hotel on the road and also directly opposite in a large car park. The building of the hotel is beautiful, with many original features. The decor now is a perfect mix of contemporary with the old. I had a room in the 2nd floor. It was at the front of the hotel and overlooked the street below and the park and the railway station beyond. The room was very comfortable and had all the facilities you would expect of a hotel of this category. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. I was provided with recommendations for a place to eat an evening meal and it was close-by and didn’t disappoint. The proximity of the hotel to the old town is excellent and only a short walk away. Breakfast the following morning was plentiful and very tasty. It was a buffet selection. All in all it was an excellent stay. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel as a choice if you’re staying in Limoges.

Beautiful building with many original features. Our bedroom 11 was on the first floor with a balcony. Although compact, it had everything we needed for a one night stay. Breakfast pretty good. Good value.

Just had a great few days in Limoges staying at the hotel de Paris. Lovely building, very stylish and full of character. Room was very comfortable with a large spacious bathroom. Continental Breakfast was served in a lovely room, my husband had boiled eggs which he loved. We would certainly use hotel de Paris next time we're in Limoges as we found it to be perfect for our needs, including having a car park right across the road. We also spoke to other travellers during our stay who told us they love the Hotel and one person told us he has been to a variety of Hotels here and in his opinion, the Hotel De Paris is the best hotel in Limoges. I must say we agreed as we had researched other hotels and this hotel looked to be the best. Just want to thank the owner for his assistance and advice on where to visit and eat.he gave us some great advice. Will certainly stay again.

We were looking forward to stying at the Hotel de Parisbased on previous reviews, but we found the hotel had been vastly overrated in our opinion. The gentleman who checked us in was a bit strange and made a well-meaning joke that my wife found rather insulting. He also pressured us to purchase breakfast the next morning; we were travelling early the next day and wanted to eat on the road, but he was not happy that we were missing his breakfast. We were given a room that was clearly meant for one person (one towel, one paper cup, etc.). The room itself was clean but a bit dated; I would have expected more from a hotel charging fairly high rates for Limoges. The room badly needed a paint job. The bed was comfortable, though. Our room was not air conditioned. A portable air conditioning unit was positioned in the hallway, but did not help our room. We were told very strictly that we were not to open the window of the room until sunset, so our room was stiflingly hot until we returned from dinner, which was a shame as we would have liked a nap after arriving in the late afternoon. There was a small fan in the room, and that helped, but we were still very warm while sleeping. The bathroom was functional and clean.

This is a converted house which was renovated just before covid. Parking is easy, there is a public car park outside, 5 euros a day to park. Breakfast is good and reasonable so worth taking. Manager is very helpful and can book restaurants should you need help.

The hotel decor is great, the historic features have been preserved but with some great modern touches too. The host was lovely and so helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. A great stay, would definitely stay there again.
