I like the fact that they had pleather as furniture because it's easy to clean and does not keep bed bugs but however people are torn is furniture so they need to mend the furniture, the entrance area door never locked I did not like that I believe they kept it unlocked the safe staff from walking over to have to let people in in case the key card didn't work into the building not into the hotel room but the building and the rug was dirty going into the building they should have a runner down which they clean it, other than the sofa being torn and areas of some of the rugs being snagged the hotel room was fine the entrance outside needs to be cleaned and taking care of a little better and trash needs to be empty and tell us to stop putting the trash and the cigarette holder they should have a dumpster or something close since families do stay there weekly

This hotel room was perfect for our needs and conveniently located near multiple food options and activities/shopping. My daughter and I stayed for three nights with our rabbit, and everyone was comfortable. Front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

I love ghe face that its pet friendly... also they provide breakfast. What i dont like id thw fact that breakfast ends too early and i wish the pool was indoors so it could be utilized annually.

Staff was okay but the place was dirty. The property is at least 20 years old and it gave off a 'dirty' feel to it. Do not stay there over the holidays because their amenities are not available. So, if you need something just to rest your head... well there are other hotels nearby.

Great rate overall for overnight stay. Could use more lighting by poles and buildings in the evenings and doors should be auto locked with key access only so that any average Joe can’t get in the building

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The comfort and ease of finding the hotel right off the interstate. It was in an area with dining opportunities. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely would stay again

I spent 2 nights at this property and it wasn't until my second reservation I received towels' to dry my skin.

NO TOWELS or washcloths available. None in the room or available at the front desk. Asked after checking in and in the morning. Was told that housekeeping would be in around 8:30. At that time was told that they would not be in until around 9 and then they had to be washed. Bathroom was dirty and when asked to do some self cleaning, no supplies available when requested. Will not stay again.

Limited parking by various buildings is frustrating since all buildings aren’t connected. Arrived, got keys, couldn’t find a spot until the back far other side. Key wouldn’t light up key pad to get in building. Tried 3 doors-either red light or no light. Went to office, told them I can’t get into building at all - said that’s strange “some are wonky about unlocking - but only 1 or 2.” Got new key. Back into the rain. Walk all the way back to correct building. Still nothing! I pull on it & discover NONE of the doors actually lock. None. Signs everywhere that they are locked for your safety. And another lady said-oh yeah I come here often they are never locked. Why wouldn’t office person tell me this inside of me coming back & forth. Get inside, entire building reeks of ****. Get to room & unlocks door, but it is like someone is in there with the metal door lock across it. Back…outside to walk across courtyard in the rain again. Gives me a new “upgraded room” which is not upgraded, same exact type. Actually one less bed when there are 3 of us. Go to make the pull pull out couch - No sheets or blankets. Back…to office bc at night (as is normal) only one person at desk so no one can bring you them. Ok, get that going. Go to shower-ONE TOWEL. Reserved 3 people, saw all 3 of us. Fast forward to morning, came an in middle of breakfast buffet, but 1/2 of it wasn’t out or on. Door to easy entrance on side is broken with big trash can blocking it. Will def go somewhere else next time
