Bem localizado, limpo e bem bonito.

Wouldn’t stay there again. Booked a stay for 4 days on my birthday week. I have been in Ibis Hotels in Lisbon before, but not in Alfragide. To my disappoin**ent, beds were so small you had to be careful not to fall at night, bathroom seems to be made of plastic and last but not least, there was a hotel refurbishment in process, which means loads of noise early morning, dust, strong smells aaaand our window view close by a white paper. When I address this last one to the reception I was told that it was “to our privacy”. One of the days I tried to open the window to have fresh air, due the strong smell inside the room, and there was no ventilation as there was a paper closing our whole window. Oh and not to mention that cleaning staff touches guests stuff inside the room, so be careful. Luckly our lugagge with valuables was locked. I really don’t mind sharing my candies with anyone, but I feel a bit of attitude to find a box of chocolate half open, and then only the paper of candies on top of the dusty table. If you take, not a problem at all, but at least take the paper with you. Breakfast was good at least. So, in my opinion, not the best place to spend your birthday week and not the best place to stay at all. Will def choose another hotel next time.

Ho dato tre per un motivo semplice il personale è incompetente poco professionale, giustamente se la Direttrice cammina a testa alta senza salutare sapendo già cosa fosse successo,senza neanche chiedere scusa e cercare di rimediare come anche quella specie di assistant manager che non ha risposto al telefono nonostante le 20 chiamate giustificando che c'era confusione, premetto che siamo arrivati in hotel alle 2.30 del mattino proprio perché non hanno fornito le indicazioni giuste per arrivare all'hotel...non posso pretendere che semplici receptionist siano all'altezza proprio perché si misurano con questi personaggi.Accor hotel mi rivolgo a Voi...una bella lettera di richiamo a questi personaggi farà più che bene mi creda!!!

Overall I was quite pleased with my stay at this hotel. The location was pretty good and easy to reach the city center. The staff was helpful but as I'm starting to think is typical in Portugal, after staling in a few hotels, they aren't the friendliest or most attentive. But other than food taking a bit longer to prepare or having to wait quite long for people to attend to you, this hotel was pretty good. The room was clean and I loved the bathroom cabin. Room service cleaned and tidied daily and I could leave my laptop out all day. I did have some noisy neighbours which ruined my last two days sleep. And although the shower cabins are very nice, the doors close very loudly and you'll hear other guests slamming theirs through the walls. But these are all things they could fairly easily improve on I feel. The restaurant area was quite nice, and there's a sunny terrace with lots of green around you.

Everything was great from the communication down to the staff. when I got there I didn’t have no difficulties with anything because everything was explained to me so I knew the times for breakfast, times for checking in and out and about the parking situation. The only thing I’d say is the wifi needs to be a bit better (stronger) and the rooms should have a mini fridge or something for people that bring their own drinks or snacks but other than that the room was cleaned everyday and left looking brand new and fresh I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Ibis Hotel and I will definitely be staying there again I enjoyed my stay thank you very much to the staff for their service much appreciated.

Pros: Basic hotel but clean, modern and safe. Very quiet. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Ordered a "snack" turkey sandwich (7 Euro) at the food bar downstairs and it was huge, delicious and came with chips. My husband did the breakfast buffet for 9 Euro and it was excellent. Heaps of variety. Cons: We did not get there early enough for free parking inside the property compound. There aren't all that many free spots...maybe 25-30. Had to pay for parkade (4 Euro). Bathrooms remind me of cruise ship loos...pretty small. On the whole, great place to stay. Would come again if we are in the area.

Hôtel très propre. Personnel professionnel. Des bruits d enfants qui jouaient au balon à minuit ! Le Personnel est intervenu rapidement et tout était rentré dans l'ordre. Merci pour votre efficacité. Le petit déjeuner très correct et bien garni. Je recommande et reviendrai sûrement.
