This boutique hotel is a gem. Its location is very convenient and close to transportation, restaurants, bars etc The hotel itself is beautiful- the rooms are spectacular. They are kind enough to welcome the guests with complimentary beverages. The breakfast on the roof is rich and beautiful. There is a casual dining as well (Pizza, sandwiches). We were amazed by the effort that the team made to satisfy us. Mariana did above and beyond to make our short stay pleasant. It was our second time at the hotel and we will be happy to come back soon.

Walked in without a booking and initially sat inside, Lauren found a table outside for us and quickly ushered us to the terrace which displayed amazing viewing of the city as the sun set. We ordered a charcuterie to start and then a steak and pulled pork burger for the main. Everything we were served was amazing and well timed - steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare, as ordered), and pulled pork was tender and flavoursome, charcuterie was well balanced. Deepa was extremely attentive and kind when serving us. The vibes were amazing and food was the same. Highly recommend when in Lisbon. For terrace seats, try and book in advance (we got very lucky), however inside is beautiful too. 5 stars

The staff here makes what is a great hotel, even better. We couldn’t have been more comfortable and well taken care of. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Showers are fantastic with plenty of water pressure. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar / restaurant. You might want some white noise / ear plugs if you are light sleeper. Barrio Alto is a pretty vibrant neighborhood and there is some light noise late at night, although it was nothing that bothered us.

Amazing views of the city, food was tasty especially the cod, and the staff were friendly. Cocktails were flavourful and reasonably priced for the views you’re getting. Definitely worth a visit the next time you’re in Lisbon, sit on the terrace if you can.

I stayed here with my daughter for 8 days and it was literally best service and best hotel I’ve stayed at and I have traveled all over the world. Staff was over the top accommodating. The massages with Paulo and Marta were fantastic. The rooftop restaurant had delicious food. The concierge service was excellent. And you could not find a better location. Cudos to management and staff because I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted a pampering fabulous experience.

Incredible bar and service. The food was outstanding as were the cocktails and view. João in particular went above and beyond our expectations, giving us all the best service and ensuring we had all of our needs met. Blankets to keep the evening chill off and fussy eaters were all catered for. Fantastic João is a credit to you.

Love the oxtail croquettes and Garlic Prawns. Can request for a rooftop view. In summer, go around 6-7PM to get a view of city in daylight, then sunset and nightlight when meal is finished. The service was very polite and nice. Felt very humane and chill.

Lovely views, great service, and delicious food! Would definitely recommend this spot! Had the risotto and a lovely bottle of red wine. Our sever was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. We received complimentary glasses of bubbles, as we were celebrating our honeymoon!
