GS シアード ブティック スタジオズ ＆ スイーツ(GS Chiado Boutique Studios & Suites)

Room was ok renovated. No tea or coffee. The entrance was very shabby and constant renovation work was going on with workmen power cords noise and heavy dust. It should not have guests while this is happening. Cleaning lady very helpful. Good position.

The location of GS Chiado is excellent for the Metro, shopping and restaurants. The room was well equipped to make breakfast and lunch. However, the Studio that we had was very tight on space, the bathroom had mold behind the sink and shower and had many stairs to the room on the third floor. Beware if you have heavy luggage as there is no elevator. The fire alarm went off twice in 3 days, both were an issue with the alarm system. I may stay there again but likely explore other rooms in the area.

Perfect location close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. You can walk almost anywhere. Very comfortable bed with nice bathroom and shower. Only downside is that it is up 3-4 flights of stairs, so be prepared to haul your luggage up. Also walls are a bit thin so you can hear noise in the hallways, but was never an issue with us going to sleep as all guests are respectful.

Everything was great, but it wouls be helpful if the properry post that the room cost will be charge the day of arrival, that guest will be email two days prior of arrival with instructions to access the building and room.

The rooms and balconies were lovely,( even though the curtain rod fell off in the second room)and it was in a nice location. The halls were dark , the stairs sloped dangerously and a handrail was falling off the wall. I was informed there would not be a front desk or staffing but the staff that was there appeared annoyed when asked a question. When I reported not receiving email and sought alternative ways to communicate,their response was abrasive. I would not stay there again.

In Lisbon for 4 days and the GS Chiado Studios and Suites couldn't have been better. Exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, very comfortable and quiet and above all an amazing location in the heart of Lisbon, just a short walk from everything!

We had a family get together in Lisbon for a 50th birthday. Our greeting was fantastic, so friendly and informative. Especially Sylvie. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, stylish, comfortable and clean. We had the kings landing apar**ent, wow, wow and double wow. The views were second to none and the space was stunning. Such a gorgeous space for a very reasonable fee. Spot on location for mooching around. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Property is great, clean and very safe. Only downside is that there is no elevator however this is common in all these hotels given the area and infrastructure. If you don’t like to carry your bag or can’t carry your bag a few stairs you might need to consider an updated area.

Location and rooms are great, but there is NO elevator and we had to carry our bags up 84 stairs to get to our room. That means every time you go in and out, you are climbing 84 stairs! Needless to say, although I liked the accommodations, I would never stay here again.
