The coffee in little triangle bags was not good. The delivered breakfast was delicious, and right on time. The gal at the front desk was totally delightful, and very gifted in hospitality. Common in door area was beautiful with hanging swinging chairs.

Beautiful location, quiet and serene. The suite we had was really nice. There were 2 things we felt need to be addressed to make this perfect. 1. The skylight needs to fixed so it closes completely. 2. The ocean view windows needed cleaning. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful and well thought out. Loved feeding the chickens and our suite is gorgeous. Had a fire in the fireplace and excited for our breakfast to be delivered at 8 this morning.

We arrived contemporaneously with our most recent a**ospheric River, with high winds and lots of rain. Power went out all along the Mendocino coast, but we had a fireplace (and plenty of wood) to help us keep warm. The staff assured as that we could move into the main lodge if we wanted, where they had generator back up. We happily stayed put, and they got us power ahead of schedule. We had an incredible view, and would happily recommend a stay. Plus, the llamas were amusing to watch!

My favorite part was the breakfast. You can tell how fresh everything was made. You could get it delivered to your room. Very sustainable and freshly squeezed orange juice. Feeding the chickens and seeing the llamas also make it very unique.

Great property and staff with easy access to the coast trail and just 5 minutes from Mendocino.

Enjoyed my stay it was quiet, clean, the bed was outstanding! The property is located in close proximity to Mendocino and Fort Bragg. And it’s a beautiful property! We stayed for the weekend and the breakfast on both days was very good, fresh and homemade! Would return again!

Stayed Sunday night in one of the little cottage. I received a phone call with instructions on late arrival, followed by detailed email. Easy to find, beautiful room in a little cottage, with a fireplace. Fresh and delicious breakfast was delivered at our door. Hiking to the beach was outstanding. Highly recommend this property for couple or family (chicken coop and lamas on property)

Interesting stay - it's a number of little houses, spread out over their little farm area. Our building - Four Quarters - had 4 rooms. We had Kent's Cove and Van Damme. Both downstairs. The other 2 bedrooms were upstairs. Common main entrance and charming sitting area. Reception was very warm and welcoming. Would have been a 5* review if not for a couple of issues : - we received breakfast for just 1 person, instead of 2. Breakfast is delivered in a picnic basket at either 8am or 9am - the sound insulation in the ceiling isn't great. We could hear the upstairs guests very clearly as they walked, ran, opened doors & dropped items on the floor. Good thing we don't sleep early because it went on till 12.15am. Would recommend requesting upstairs rooms if you're planning a stay. Plus points - free chicken feed to feed their multitudes of chickens. Kids will love this. Also, free lavender for you to put into little bags as fragrant mementoes of your stay. Llama pastures and a gift shop with unique SCP self-care products.
