タイタニック ホテル リバプール(Titanic Hotel Liverpool)

This is a very nice hotel, modern rooms and had some nice touches to it. Our room was very big and nice nothing wrong with it whatsoever. The service in the bar restaurant and reception wasn’t the best. Took ages to get a drink once this was ordered. The restaurant is nice but the food is poor. You are definitely better going out to a nice restaurant in town. I asked the reception if they would do something for my wife in the room as it was a special day and occasion! They left a box of chocolates for her but didn’t even sign it. And when I questioned this they said they don’t do this ? They are missing a trick here, keep your customers happy and they will come back. For example crown plaza do this and made it very special day we weren’t even expecting it too, I did mention that it was my wife’s birthday they went above and beyond unlike the Titanic Hotel who did nothing and sent emails saying we don’t do this. The thermal Spa you have to pay £20 per person for 2 hours! This was nice but expensive as it’s in the same building. The location is out of the way not ideal unless your waiting to watch football at the new Everton stadium when it’s finished being built.

I booked this weekend for our wedding anniversary time for my wife and i to relax and enjoy the spa and dining, i have had no communications around booking in advance. We checked inn and ask to book spa for the Saturday and Sunday to be told its fully booked all week, then ask to book into the restaurant and also to be tild its fully booked until Tuesday this ruined our relaxing weekend very disappointed in the lack of communications around this you would of thought with how much is charged for the room you would be offered a slot for spa.

Beautiful hotel and the staff are very attentive. We also loved the restaurant! Would highly recommend and would definitely go back again

I can appreciate what they’ve done to an old building. What I didn’t like, was the poor lighting in the bedroom and the mould around the shower. The food I didn’t think was appropriate for a four star hotel, the breakfast was cold, the sandwiches we had where dry around the edges.

Requested room with a bath which they happily moved us to. We had a room on the 4th floor and there was a lot of noise which wasn’t ideal. But would definitely go again.
