Me and my 16 year old son had lovely stay at the Lac Salin Hotel. It is a great place the hotel is very convenient located to the ski slopes. The food and service is amazing. Inhouse Ski rental makes it very easy to go skiing on the beautiful slopes of the Livigno ski area. Overall a very good experience so we decided to come back with the rest of the family next month!

Great Hotel, best location, ski in and out. Sauna, swimming pool, spa, jacuzzi outside with Mountains View. Really nice and helpful staff. Good food and wine. Our family love this hotel. We stay in this hotel every February for 10 years long.

Best localization for skiing! Just on the slope. Very comfortable for families with children. We were here many times, nice atmosphere, helpful personel- they arrange anything you request, comfortable and nice rooms with view on the slopes or city. I love the place

6 Stars. We always return. Friendly staff always going out of there way to help us. Rooms were spacious and clean. The amenities are first class, the swimming pool and the sauna a great relaxer after a day sliding. restaurant facilities are top class, with the food always impresses.

It’s not our first time in the hotel. We have been before. We enjoyed our staying! We would like to come back! Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, delicious food, great spa area, very pleasant staff! Although the hotel is not in the centre the location is nice - and the hotel is ski in and ski out. Highly recommended

Everything was really great (this was our 6th time ). We were a bit disappointed with such a huge change of staff members and instead of feeling “at home” we recognized maybe few people that were working in earlier years. They as always were so kind and polite but we can not really say similar gratitude words for all new staff.The pillows are not too much comfortable and it is so hot with heated room and hard quilt cover that we never really enjoyed in this hotel:-) ….be ready to bring with yourself the hair conditioner as the one offered is in really very small package and was not covering even the half of my hair. In earlier years there were much more bigger choice of fruits during dinner. Otherwise superb hotel, great New Year Eve, greats food, pool, sauna, outside terasse for apre ski drink or lunch….

Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms . Very comfortable bed . Staff were very friendly and helpful both in hotel itself and in the ski hire facility. Food was good and plentiful. The ski-in , ski-out aspect was great and useful for families particularly. It was not difficult to get a taxi to go to other side of resort or you can catch free bus too . The tax free shopping also very inviting! Food in town relatively affordable and of good quality as you would expect for Italy. I would definitely recommend Lac Salin Hotel to couples or families.

I came for a day spa. The staff at the spa were great. Very welcoming. The facilities are good too, although no outdoor area FYI - the sauna, steam room etc doesn’t open until 3pm - at around 3pm families descended into the pool and jacuzzi area. The lunch was average and the service was poor indeed. The coffee wasn’t drinkable, cold and so bitter. We debated staying here originally but I’m glad we didn’t.

The service at the restaurant was really poor and the waitor did not even set the table or serve the drinks. The "Caesar Salad" is not a genuine one, lacking tomatoes, the chicken and bacon was hardly grilled. For a 4* hotel you can expect more.
