Property was loud next to the freeway. Probably will not stay here again. It is next to shopping and restaurants but too loud.

The hotel is being renovated. Shower water was lukewarm. I expect this will be fixed. Staff was kind.

Regardless of the renovation.. The room was clean spacious and fancy ..I hope to stay there .next time it will be Marriott I was told.

Under construction. Construction management doing terrible. Hotel upper management terrible. No warning on website

Staff was very friendly and kind. The construction did not bother us, we were warned about it at booking. Our only complaint (and its a big one), so much of the hotel smelled of ****. We were told smoking was not allowed and carried a fine but still, the hallways and breakfast area smelled awful.

The property was under construction. I get things are in disarray due to that, but the staff was rude, no hot water, and the arrangement and lighting in the room was poor.

The rooms were remodeled and were nice but I really wish the hotel would have communicated that the remodeling process is ongoing and there isn’t really much of a check in area. I arrived after traveling for 18 hours and it was a hassle getting the bags to the check in area and the rooms. There was no advance warning of noise from the remodeling. There was also nowhere to recycle cans or plastic.

Construction was not mentioned had to ask for coffee for room not able to use heater just not what I paid for. Won’t recommend

This is my second stay here. Staff is always great and friendly. They are renovating at the moment so it’s not as welcoming as it was the first stay. The room was clean but it did have cracked light fixtures that looked like they were in the middle of fixing. It was a short stay so it did not bother me. I’m sure once all renovations are done it will be a nice and comfortable place to stay.
