Good hotel in excellent location. I liked this hotel, the staff were lovely and friendly and I upgraded to a suite which was gorgeous with wonderful views. We had such a good break thank you to all the staff.

Booked all inclusive with 2 friends Friday to Monday. The location was brilliant, literally a 5 min walk to the beach ,bars and restaurants. Super market,atms close by. Staff were great,nice selection of food and that's coming from a veggie. We only had breakfast and evening meal didn't feel thr need to nip back for food. Rooms nice and clean great air conditioning. Selected drinks were included in are package If we chose branded drinks it was with a 50% discount. We had a few dips in the poole For the amount we paid and location no complaints

Very unsafe and the manager is awful, very unproffesional with dealing with guest problems and couldnt care less about what I was telling her. This is a first negative review I have written in my life! Rececionists and other staff are very nice. When I asked for a different room and offered to pay more she lied that there are no rooms and told me to pay for a safe!!! People are literary walking next to my terace. Look elsewhere guys

How can this be a four star hotel when you don't even get supplied with a kettle and condiments? went to the bar area @ 10.30 to find bar closed. location is great and general areas are generally very clean, but housekeeping staff could do with sweeping the room floors daily and including under the beds as these areas were very dusty with fluff balls and hair🤢

First of all I want to thank everybody for this magnificent experience. When I went into the room I was stunned by the cleaning of the floor. Surprisingly I found a small Monopoly next to the bed and also a Burger King’s glass where I could put water in the night. When I went outside I saw an incredible view: wallets, KFC buckets and smoked cigarettes. This view is better than Terrazza Martini in Milan. Congratulations to the chef: the buffet was everyday amazing, with an incredibile pizza (almost better than the italian). But the best gift was the loyalty of the other people: I could have given them my wallet. In the morning I heard from the other rooms sweet words in italian like: “Do P***o D*o sta llo portafoglio” which made my morning unforgettable. At the end I want to write my friend’s experience: our roommates were so much friendly that he decided to make an hall behind the entrance door to communicate more easily. A special mention to the cleaning team: they’ll made your room perfect and they won’t enter in the morning without knocking. There’ll every day new and big towels that’ll make your shower comfortable. In the dining room water was unlimited and the waiters always perfect. I can consider this by far the best hotel I’ve ever seen and I’ll come back with two wallets.

La comida bien guisada y los postres estupendos, el personal muy amable. La pena son las habitaciones que son un poco pequeñas, no así el baño que es amplio y tiene una buena ducha

Nous avons trouvé l’hôtel plutôt bien, très propre, personnel sympathique, buffet bien, pas trop de choix mais l’essentiel, très bon, juste un petit soucis de bruit dans notre chambre, peut-être un moteur au dessus, gênant la nuit. Très bon hôtel je recommande.

Hôtel rénové, première saison. Les locaux sont propres , bien décorés, spacieux , eau et nécessaire de toilette fournis. L accueil très bien aussi. Le petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité. Le personnel très sympa aussi. L emplacement de l hôtel on ne peut pas mieux faire , juste la route à traverser. Le seul point négatif c est que les chambres sont mal isolées et que les voyageurs qui se lèvent très tôt pour les excursions ou les départ tôt en bus sont dans les mêmes étages et ça réveille en milieu de nuit.. peut être revoir l attribution des chambres.

Estuve una semana pero con dos días ya me quería marchar el hotel tiene un buffeo o muy poca existencia las habitaciones poco limpias y el lavabo está cerca de la cama no tiene atracciones de ninguna clase no hay baile nocturno ni nada
