Room too cold. It is winter and we cannot increase thermostat setting in room. Checked in at 11pm and only stayed overnight so didn't bother to call front desk to have maintenance look at it in the middle of the night.

The property manager Unlock the door and accused us. Oh, I'm smoking. And we were only there for a Four hours. We never got our 350 deposit. We never got our two hundred dollars For that day and new event to schedule Tuesday. The 45 days so worst motel ever

We booked a 2 room suite, and the day of we were called to say it was unavailable. We were provided adjoining rooms at no extra cost. The kids loved having their own space. The hotel was conveniently close to the highway as well as many nice restaurants. The staff was very helpful and kind at all times. I rated the cleanliness at 4 stars simply because the pool was a bit cold and cloudy. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

The pool was ice cold. The rooms could have been a bit more clean and we could never get the rooms above 68*F which was annoying. We loved breakfast. There was a great selection and any questions I had about allergies were answered. Room size was fantastic and we really liked the layout. We would come back and stay again at the right price.

It was amazing! Economical and the staff were so friendly! The facilities were clean! Close to amenities! 100% would stay there again and again! And LOVEd the colour scheme!

The bed was too soft = I asked if there was another room and I was told all the rooms had same bed. The bathroom could do with a make over - no more bathtubs and a higher toilet.

I booked hotel specifically for the pool as I have a young child and it was for something to do in between visiting family. The pool heater was broken and based on remark, “maintenance guy puts hot water in pool” had been for very long time. Due to Christmas they didn’t even offer that. Will never stay there again. I spent over 300$ at this stay not having access to promised amenities. Awful!

Room was run down, old and stained, smelled. Never received any house keeping. Had to get my own towels. Heat would stop working and would have to reset the thermostat every night. Key card stopped working. Breakfast was rubbery but edible. Was a disaster and not a relaxing stay over Christmas. Overall 5/10 only because of location amenities.

We booked this hotel because it was a non-smoking hotel. Someone on our floor was smoking and it made our stay terrible. Front desk did nothing about it (said only the maids could do anything about it and they weren't in until the morning). My allergies were horrible and I couldn't sleep. They did nothing for us, and we couldn't talk to a manager because one doesn't work o the weekend. They wouldn't return our calls. Do not stay at this hotel.
