Property was very tired and our first floor room was dirty and run down. Our room seemed to have had a very cheap/poor quality renovation within the last few years and was rapidly deteriorating.

What I didn’t like was all the work trucks in the parking lot with workers sitting there, didn’t know if they were staying there…very creepy. Then I got back to the motel late after being at my daughters for the evening and I had to find a side door to let myself in..another creepy experience due to the poor lighting. Security should be a priority inside and outside. Otherwise everything was okay with the exception of the shower not having much pressure, but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again as they are also pet friendly.

Requested accessible room. It was on the second floor as far from the elevator as possible. It was not accessible. It should not have been listed as accessible at all.

Pictures were better than in person. Pull out had dirt on it. Bed stain had stain. Hair from previous person in bathroom. Cracks, patchwork and upkeeping is apparent but needs more attention. Walls are very thin, can hear 2 rooms down. Breakfast had good waffle mix but only other warm option was biscuits and gravy. For the price I paid, I would not come back.

Good: Nice staff. Fine resolution TV. Microwave, good bathroom except for the sink seating on the counter. To improve: No cheese or scramble egg for breakfast.

I stay at this hotel approximately twice per year. The place is always clean. Delicious and fresh food offered for breakfast. The staff is very professional and courteous. This is my go to hotel for this area.

This hotel is usually a nice stay. However, it has gone downhill. Our room had pillows with the thickness of a pancake, the temperature of the room was too warm and the air conditioner made a rattling sound so we couldn’t use it. Not that we should need to since we stayed in December! Worst of all was a smoke detector in the room that had a flashing strobe like white light that blinked all night. Thankfully, the clerk at the front desk refunded our money for the our second night stay as we could not take another night of poor sleep.

Property was nice but room heating was hard to control, there wasn’t a hair dryer, just a bit lack of detail. Area is very congested with traffic and difficult to get out on the highway. Hotel was noisy (due to high school basketball team) and general area.

We have stayed here several times on our way from Florida to Ontario. Very convenient and love that it’s pet friendly.
