Location is convenient and the price was quite decent given the location

Terrible experience. Staff is not helpful. The room was not available on time. Parking is never available. Rooms are filthy. The bathroom sink was blocked. The hotel smells. Please avoid.

Stayed at the hotel 10 times so I feel I can give an unbiased review. 9 of those 10 stays have been great can't complain. Lads of the front desk are always welcoming and help with anything. This stay was well below standards. No parking offered, no water pressure on showers, lifts not working correctly. Totally understand building noise no issue with that but would refrain from going whilst building work is going on book elsewhere

We’ve only been here a few hours but already the customer service has been fantastic. Special thanks must go to Lakshmi who looked after us at dinner with lots of laughs and smiles. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We are looking forward to the next couple of days staying here.

The staff was amazing. Especially, Lakshmi. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and welcomed. My elderly mother was treated with such care and attention. The restaurant was very nice. The breakfast was hot, delicious and varied. We will come again.

Great for the price paid! Was surprised how little road noise I could hear with how close to a main road we are. The breakfast team (Lakshimi, Aron and Payal) were lovely, didn’t need to book, just walked in (though I did stay in a Thursday, so I imagine booking at the weekend might be a good idea) 😊

The room was dirty -especially bathroom, there was food on the floor , previous guest obviously enjoyed grapes in the bath ! There was one towel and when we asked reception for more they said they had run out of towels - Then we saw a trolley from housekeeping laden with towels - basically the reception staff couldn't be bothered !! The ladies toilets in the reception area were filthy - a blocked sink, dirty toilets. Tried to check out but no one on reception duty -machine for speedy checkout broken -so just left as our taxi was waiting. Don’t believe the glossy TV advert.
