Premier Inn London Southwark (Southwark Station)

We slept 4 nights at the hotel with breakfast. Quiet hotel, easy to reach with metro and bus nearby. The excellent breakfast and the restaurant with happy hour bar excel. The team is very welcoming

Hotel in great location ideal for my meeting at TfL HQ the following day. Staff at reception were great and friendly. Staff at the restaurant were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. Not too long to wait for the food. Excellent. Only issue I had was that the shower in the room was set as very hot or steam so not very acceptable as risk of scalding. Knob to change temperature had seized up. Prefer shower temperature to be set at slightly warm as standard so best for most people. I got room 44 in the basement which was surprisingly quiet so fantastic. Otherwise hotel perfectly good for a short day in London for business or leisure. So highly recommended.

Excellent stay, staff couldn’t do enough and a Lovely quiet bedroom, kids were looked after and very clean. Catered for my dietary needs at breakfast and great valve with kids eat free. Great location and Definitely be staying again, many thanks.

Location was great. A quiet haven in a busy city. Room was to the usual premier inn standard. Some rooms were bigger given the quirky architecture. Breakfast on one day was chaotic but that seemed to be the lack of management and staff. All other days were better with a more controlled. Would I recommend - yes Would I stay again - yes

We often stay in Premier Inns and this was the best one! Very attractive from the outside with blossom tree's, reception area modern and fresh and reception staff warm and friendly. Room was spotless and smelt so clean and fresh, excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Bed and bedding super comfy and air conditioning was great! All communal areas clean and well maintained and our room was incredibly quiet despite being a central location. Breakfast on both mornings was lovely with a great selection and topped up regularly(only slight negative was no fresh orange juice) We ate dinner here on one night as we were too tired to venture further. Staff super friendly and cheerful, great selection of drinks and food was really delicious. Very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Good clean hotel. Really great location just a few mins walk from Southwark underground and not far from Waterloo and Lambeth North underground stations. Easy to get around London from here. Lovely little area around hotel with plenty of restaurants and little supermarkets We will probably stay here again but I resent being charged £10 to check in early when obviously there is a room ready. Never been asked for that in another hotel. Air conditioning and wifi weren't great but we could live with it.

Room 74: Location perfect. Room very quiet. Bed unbelievably comfy. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Staff welcoming, friendly, efficient. Breakfast well run for a busy half-term, good choice of food. Maintenance ******* that need checking:- tv remote didn't work properly; bathroom fan didn't work at all; shower door wouldn't stay closed; room temperature remote wouldn't go below 19 which was too hot when windows don't open. Free Wifi wasn't good and I felt it was designed to make me pay.
