The team at 1 Hotel were amazing to work with from start to finish. We held an event upstairs for around twenty people, everybody was so friendly, helpful and the manager even extended the room so that it was more comfortable, even though we hadn't booked it! We would love to host an event here again and would highly recommend this nature-centric haven in the centre of London. Thank you so much, Olivia

This is the most amazing hotel in one of the best locations in London. The ambience, stunning decor and design, staff attitude are all fantastic. It’s sustainability mission is to be embraced by the hospitality sector and truly they are leading the way

It's like stepping in to a retreat from the moment you enter the front door. We stayed for 2 nights and couldn't recommend this hotel enough. The gym was beautiful and really well equipped, the spa was serene and the treatment I had was worth every penny. You can tell that the design of the hotel has been thought through to every detail, including the senses and smells experienced all around. We loved the artwork dotted around, especially the deep connection back to the natural world. The water dispenser in the rooms was a really positive feature to ensure less plastic use and was used every day. The staff were a real highlight with everyone going out of their way to ensure you have the most memorable time and want for nothing. My main feedback point to improve would be to incorporate more substantial vegan options on the menu. We saw the menu's at The1Hotel in New York and they seem to have a much broader variety without compromising on flavour or delight. However, having said that the food that was available was very nice. Overall it was a truly wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon.

I cannot say enough about what a lovely experience staying here was. My son who lives in New York, and I live in Italy, met up in London. The hotel was perfect - Hotel Manager Nick and his staff made us feel so welcome. We had fun with Sylvia and her lovely breakfast staff, Nicole, Justine, Carmen, Cristina - everyone so efficient. Diana on front desk was so helpful and arranged for me to extend our stay buy two days even though hotel was going to be block booked for the marathon. We didn’t want to leave. Doorman Mickey was so kind and helpful and courtesy car driver Brian so efficient and nice.

I recently had the opportunity to explore the 1 Hotel Mayfair during a visit to London, and it was an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Roxana, who was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. She guided me through the hotel, introducing me to its various amenities and giving me a tour of the different room types available. The hotel itself is a standout, especially in the bustling city of London. Its decor is beautifully crafted, boasting an eco-friendly approach that adds a refreshing touch of sustainability to its luxury. Every corner of the hotel reflects thoughtful environmental consideration without compromising on style or comfort. Located in a prime area, the 1 Hotel Mayfair offers excellent access to local attractions and dining, making it a perfect hub for anyone visiting the city. The service I experienced was top-notch, with staff members like Roxana making sure visitors feel both informed and welcomed. Though I did not stay overnight, my visit was enough to assure me that a future stay at the 1 Hotel Mayfair would be worth looking forward to. I’m definitely considering this hotel for my next trip to London based on this initial impression alone!

Heard about this bar at the hotel from a friend so decided to give it a go. Arrived and attended by charming hostess, forgot to asked her name, asked if we want to keep the coat at the clock room but we declined and was seated promptly at the the only 2 bar stools available there, the bar was packed so you can judge the bar at a hotel if it’s that good. The verdict is probably the best Martini in town and make sure you’re serve by amazing Andrew, thank you making a fabulous cocktail !

This hotel is elegant and beautifully relaxing the moment you walk into the lobby. From the Doorman to the Breakfast staff, Reception and Hotel Manager the staff were professional but managed this in a happy and relaxed manner. It is a haven to return to after a busy day in the city. The room and bed were extremely comfortable ensuring a good night's rest. The hotel is well positioned and makes visiting the high spots of London very easy.

We just held an internal company meeting in the 1 Hotel. It was great from A-Z - from an organizers POV as well as for our attendees. Where to start with the feedback? The hotel embodies casual sophistication in a very approachable and accessible „feel at home“ way. The sustainability measures are noticeable everywhere - but not in a „this is what you should do“ approach. Instead more playful and in a „it totally makes sense“ way. We specifically loved the water fountains in the sleeping rooms, and the plants that add a very special calm atmosphere. The sleeping rooms are noticeably calm and quiet - especially considering that you are in the middle of the city. And what puts all of this together is an absolutely amazing team that really thinks ahead. Proactive. Flexible. Solution-focused. Ready to go many many extra miles. And fun. A true pleasure to work with.

This hotel is very nice. Well appointed and staff is great. Also the sustainability mission is one to get behind. My room was very nice with a nice but small balcony. Very noisy however and quite expensive but it is London and Mayfair at that.
