My flight arrived 2.5 hours late. I ended up at the hotel at midnight. When my taxi pulled up the bell man was already outside to help me with the bags and had them removed while I was paying the taxi. Further, the staff had already, without my asking, upgraded me to a large suite. Upon check in my bags were taken to my room and placed while I was still at the front desk - no one asked for tip. Once in my room I instantly felt at home, very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I stay in a lot of hotels each year, from Ritz Carlton’s to Sheratons; never have I had such an amazing and genuine welcoming. Great city views, friendly staff and impeccable service.
