フロントの方はいい人で、早めにチェックインをさせてくれました。そこにはまんぞくなのですが、ホテルにドライヤーがなかったのが残念でした。

Location was great and the staff were friendly; however the room wasn’t the cleanest and the window in the room couldn’t be opened. Only 30 mins complimentary WiFi and then £3 per 24 hours.

Armando on reception is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is well located in Balham near the tube and over ground line. Good clean rooms with snacks and food machines in the reception area. Stayed here a number of times and it's pleasant.

We had a great stay here, the staff were really friendly and helpful especially Armando on reception. He let us into our room early as we were going to the theatre. The room was clean and well presented. The station is 30 seconds away.

Clean and tidy room. Nice hot shower .Good level of security at reception and very easy access to overground and underground trains. But there is some noise from the trains. Wifi is extra eg £3 for 24 hours
