Travelodge London Docklands

A convenient and cheap place to stay if you have work in Canary Wharf. It was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Fast check in, really helpful and friendly, great location cheap car park, no height restrictions, Evening staff on the other hand said no beer on tap (but there was), took 45mins to serve us a drink as they changing the till. Needs new windows and air con as The road was so loud in my room it was like I was laid next to it with window open or shut and so hot in the room

Very friendly staff and attentive to my needs. 5star service and very clean rooms. Kemi on the bar was particularly friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again 👍 great location and taxi services from hotel were also fantastic . Many thanks

The hotel is well situated for the O2 hence we chose this one. Staff were good however its a hotel that is well used and is now quite tired. It probably needs a good refit however that would put prices up. It was clean. Breakfast was OK, busy and the staff struggled to keep up with demand but worked hard. In summary an affordable clean option when needing a bed near the O2

I had an amazing time at this travelodge everything has been brilliant the staff Emily and Nathan were especially brilliant. They were all really nice even though we had an accident in the room they were really understandable and kind. Definitely would come again

We have had a brilliant stay here, the hotel was lovely, clean and with great facilities. Staff were so helpful, couldn’t do enough for us, especially Kemi and Kristina. We will definitely stay again!

Staff fantastic! But could not check in early as not hot water in certain rooms Returned early evening to have a quiet drink and only Guinness on draught and Diet Coke as a mixer, so no drinks for us! Told that the place was closing down after our first night so we had to move to the new London docklands travelodge across the way. So rather than relax before getting ready for our show at the O2 in the evening we had to pack up and move. Very stressful stay. The only positive was the staff, they were calm, polite, professional and very well presented they really did their best to control the situation that was not their fault at all and I hope management reward them in some way.

Check in poor: a number of us had to wait to be reallocated a different room due to the hot water broken down in some parts of the hotel. Broken side light; no tv remote; no air conditioning. Cold breakfast!!

This hotel was permanently closing 2 days after our stay but we weren’t advised of that when we made the booking. The cleanliness, maintenance and staff apathy were indicative of a hotel long past it’s sell by date- unfortunately, none of the guests were made aware of this when booking so there was complete anarchy in the hotel. All complaints fell on deaf ears.
