Well, I booked this trip for myself and my 4 children in October and paid in full. Little did I know last Wednesday when I arrived in London that they had booked me two queen rooms (1 queen bed). I was adamant when booking on trip.com that I had entered all 5 details and ages of all of us. Anyway, the manager had little sympathy considering I was standing in reception £1700 pounds down, and she was looking for another £240 x 3 for a third room. When I informed her that this was not possible, she agreed to charge me £80 per night times 3 = £240 to sleep on a couch. I kid you not. I slept on the couch. See the picture below. The level of customer service from the hotel was dreadful. The holiday at that point was not starting like the treat I was hoping for. I also had to ask three times if room service could make up the couch as a bed.
