Stayed at the property for 5 nights with wife and 3 children. I can not say enough positive things about the experience. The room was large, clean, and updated (2 bedroom suite). The staff and housekeeping were great, and the location was close enough to every place you wanted to go (via walk) but not on a loud street. Traveling with a family of 5 is challenging but this is the perfect London property to do so and not feel crammed. The concierge was very helpful with setting up airport transportation, etc.

Wow, absolute 5 star experience. We had an amazing day/evening. The concierge team who greeted us were exceptional, really friendly and couldn’t do enough to mark sure we were settled in. Our room was beautiful and spacious with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, bathroom was sparkling clean with a gorgeous shower and luxurious toiletries. The location is prime, we walked into Oxford street for shopping and had some lunch in Covent Garden and then headed back for the evening. We booked dinner in the hotel restaurant lucky cat which didn’t disappoint with its delicious Asian cuisine and amazingly knowledgeable and helpful staff. I am a celiac and can not have gluten and they couldn’t have been more helpful in making sure I was given the right information and even changed a couple of dishes slightly so I didn’t miss out! What an amazing team of staff, thank you for making our stay such a lovely experience at this beautiful hotel.

Unfortunately, we could only stay one night as we were heading on to Australia. This was our second visit and we selected a deluxe room … very impressive accommodation!! Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean … amazingly comfortable. The hotel team were all excellent and the concierge team’s service was second to none. It’s well worth having the room service breakfast … well worth the money.

I’m so in love with 47 Park Street Grand Residences by Marriott! Truly an amazing, luxury, prestige, very well maintained townhouse located in central London Mayfair district. I feel like we are in the perfect location to go around London, 3 to 10mins walk to cafes, restaurants and shopping districts. Very much enjoyed our one bedroom with a well equipped kitchen, elegant furnitures yet feel like cozy home. The staffs was very friendly and helpful especially the concierge go the extra miles to find myself the Buckingham Palace and Guys n dolls show tickets. We will be back!

This Marriott is operated as a fractional ownership scheme. During your stay you'll be renting a serviced flat from the relevant fractional share owner, but Marriott handles all the details, from reservations to check-out and everything in between. The early 20th Century building (purportedly a private residence in prior incarnations) has been beautifully renovated and is very quiet and has a residential feeling, in spite of its very central and convenient location. No gym or restaurant but fast room service with a decent enough menu and quite reasonable tariffs. Room cleaning is of the very highest order and the cleaners are especially nice, dependable, and hard working. Regarding the room service it is best described as madly eccentric. It became a standing joke between my wife and me as to which of us would receive what they actually ordered. For just one example should you order scrambled eggs and bacon, you should be fully prepared to receive eggs over easy and sausage. But overall we had a delightful stay, and we plan to return next year.

Our stay at the Grand Residence was amazing! Everyone treated us like royalty and were so very attentive! The concierge, front desk staff and housekeeping were first class, they knew our names, answered any requests immediately and made our stay amazing! Our suite was huge, spotless and beautiful! Our kitchen had high end appliances and everything was brand new! The location in Mayfair was the best in all of London-so beautiful and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, sightseeing spots. This hotel made our vacation so memorable! We can't imagine traveling to London again and not staying here-we will be back! Thank you to all the staff for making this vacation our very best ever!

Since the 19th century wealthy English families have used these purpose built apartments to be present in London during the season, etc. This building isn’t some developer’s idea of the English town and country lifestyle. It is the real thing. The building is maintained to a very high standard. If it’s not perfect, that’s because it is historic, not fake old like other 5 star properties. The spaciousness of the suites can’t be understated. Look at the square footage. Many of the suites have 3 marble bathrooms. The suites are large enough to entertain. We have never seen service like this at another Marriott property, far better than the St Regis and Ritz Carlton properties. And if you know London, you’ll know the location is amazing. Harried, Selfridges, Harvey Nicks are all within easy walking distance. Hyde Park, Regents Park, and Green Park as well. You can explore Mayfair, Kensington, Marylebone, the Theater District, Piccadilly, Berkeley Square, etc with out getting in a black cab.

This place is a jewel - great people working there to make every day special. Every night our room was cleaned and towels were available when ever we needed new ones. Everything we asked for was received when we asked.Room service had the best fries - and food was delivered fast. The turn down service was great. I enjoyed the water pressure and being able to walk out in my lovely robe. I called ahead before my arrival to have fruit and water available with chocolate covered strawberries and without any issue they were in the room when we entered which made for a great start to our vist. If you are thinking of coming to London this is the only place I would stay. My family loved our stay!

Our family loved its time (5 nights) at the Grand Residences. We shared a large suite that was suitable for three adults. It was nicely decorated (carpeting should be replaced) and well-appointed. We highly recommend room service for breakfast. The location was excellent within walking of shopping, dining and hustle bustle but tucked away on a very quiet and charming street. The service was excellent as well. We hope to go back someday soon.

A wonderful place to stay with a family. Large well appointed suites and very friendly service. Great location, comfortable beds, nice addition having a kitchen with little kids. Everything was great! Our new place to stay when visiting London.
