非常に親切な受付係はそれ以上のことをしてくれました。到着日とチェックアウト日に荷物を預けることができました。静かな通りにあるホテルですが、マクドナルド、コスタ、ケミスト、ライマンズ、数多くのレストランが立ち並ぶハイストリートの雰囲気のあるベーカーストリートと平行しています。ロンドンの素敵なところ＝メリルボーン。部屋は清潔で涼しい（熱波の中！）。またそこに滞在したいと思います。

予約手続きは簡単でした。フロントデスクは無人ですので、それ以外の時間帯はお電話ください。部屋は非常にシンプルでしたが、残念ながら床は掃除されていませんでした。バスルームは妥当な水準でした。素晴らしいロケーション - ベーカーストリート地下鉄が非常に近く、多くの場所に行くのにとても便利です。壁は非常に薄く、どちらの夜も隣が非常に遅くに来て叫び声で目が覚めました。ホテルのせいではなく、他の常連客のせいではありませんが、心に留めておくべきことです。

Ok, let's get the downsides ( and the reason for only a 3 star review) out of the way. Our room was at the front of the hotel and the sash window had a quarter-inch gap at the bottom, which meant road noise was prevalent all night long. There weren't any 'toothbrush glasses' in the holders in the bathroom. The beds each had a light above them and could be turned on and off, but as soon as the main room light switch was turned off, those lights went off too and couldn't be turned on or off independently. There was only one tea bag and one coffee sachet each. The good side is that the room was very clean, reasonably priced (for where it is) and check-in after reception had closed was easy. If you have earplugs, this place would be ideal for a stay for a couple of night.

Stayed for 1 night on new years eve. Greeted by friendly staff. Were able to access room early. Hadn't realised I had booked a studio apartment. We were impressed with the little kitchenette which had a fridge, tea coffee facilities, toaster and little hob (although we didn't do any cooking). Room spacious and clean. Could do with redecorating as wall paper peeling off the wall. For the price we paid we had a bargain and was an ideal place to rest our head after a busy day.

Lovely, friendly guy greeted us on arrival. He happily gave us advice on getting around London. Our twin room was spacious for London. Very clean throughout and comfortable beds. The tea and coffee facilities and fridge were a bonus too. We were very happy with everything for the price we paid - it was cheaper than most hotels we've stayed in and much nicer. The location was great too - just around the corner from Baker Street station with plenty of eating establishments a short walk away.

Good position clean but very disappointed with after sales. I had new clothes purchased In a brown paper back cost £90. The bag was paper and by the dressing table close to the bin. My items disposed by the cleaner. After investigating the hotel said the bag the cleaner used when cleaning the room was difficult to identify what was in her bag. The hotel has stated they cannot confirm the items taken. I have used many hotels and never had my items taken. Very disappointed with this company.
