Hub by Premier Inn London West Brompton

Room is big enough for two of us with enough storage that keeps our luggages and the location is not too far from the heart of London. It took less than 30 minutes to go to Westminster by Tube with no transfer. Free coffee and tea was a bonus!

Fantastic warm and friendly staff. Great clean and comfortable room. Location is brilliant for visiting BBC Earth Experience and Kensington museums. Breakfast is good value for money. The staff maintained the breakfast area incredibly well, keeping it clean and tidy and well stocked.

The fire alarm went off at 3:30 am which turned out to be that the system had a fault. We had to make our own bed, and our duvet had stains on it, we were also only given two thin pillows and one towel even though the room was booked for two individuals. Aswell as that the breakfast kept running out so we rarely got everything we wanted. However it is right next to the tube station wich is very handy!

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was as described, small but perfectly formed. Only a 20 minute walk to the Andrew Robson bridge course in Parsons Green..606 club is a must… great access to anywhere as the tube is a 2 minute walk away. A hidden gem

Hotel is in a great location, West Brompton train station is next door to the hotel so transport is fantastic!, we booked a small room and it was great just what you need great storage and clean, hotel staff are friendly too, we had a breakfast on one of the days and that was good as well wasn’t too busy plenty too choose from, I would recommend and I would definitely go back again

The location is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is tiny but immaculate and comfortable. The bathroom is literally inside the room with a glass wall and door, which might be uncomfortable for some people.

Second time in this hotel within a year. First time was great. This time round not so good. Staff were friendly. Rooms clean ..ect ect.. In all aspects of the hotel there is at least one inconsistent thing that let's it down from my first time great stay. Lack of towels, tv movies stutter and lag, some staff come across as blunt and fed up. Shower heads limescaley and rusty. Tea making area lacking in supply. Some rooms are far bigger than other others. For £1-2 in other Premier inns you can get a wider choice of breakfasts (abide not as nice). Services such as asking for things like an iron and ironing board asking 3 times over a 12 hour period to different people and still not getting them. It's these small inconsistencies and more that cause a stay to go from great to just doing the job.

The hotel is very convenient for the tube. The rooms, whilst small, have everything you need for a comfortable stay and the breakfast is good and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful. We'd have no hesitation in booking again.

The staff were pleasant, but for £158 for one night , you’d expect a towel each! Also, the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. Breakfast was a shambles- there were not enough seats for everyone, or indeed food! More and more walk-ins were coming in, and it was clear they couldn’t cope. £7 a head for breakfast isn’t bad, but only if there IS food on offer!! Disappointing , won’t stay in a hub again .
