Plaza on the River London

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Dirty and dated. Empty packet of croissants left in a drawer, rubbish and mess outside my hotel door, tea and water not replenished. I requested someone to fix my twin beds into a double, this never took place. Never again

TEN WITH HONORS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Attention to the guest at exceptional levels - Luxury, cleanliness, technology - GREEN philosophy and very little plastic does it a lot of credit! - excellent food in infinite variety at breakfast served in a panoramic restaurant directly on the River Thames - silent spa, sanitized and sanitized continuously Together with all this and many other details that made my stay at the Plaza Riverbank remarkable, I appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of Mr. Anis at the reception regarding a resolution aimed at a total satisfaction rating of my stay for work reasons . The staff is impeccable in every way. Great experience and I highly recommend it.

It's a very good hotel, well placed and the staff are very welcoming and professional. I would also like to thank the front of house manager, Mr Nebioglu, who very quickly sorted out a booking problem. I will return to this hotel soon.

Very disappointing stay. After it started with a rude member of staff checking us in, we got up to our room to find no cot or sofa bed for the children. We made reception aware of This and it took just over an hour to sort, the member of staff who was making the bed ask my partner for the duvet out of the wardrobe, as he opened the door a ***** light falls out on him (luckily not one of the children). My daughters cot had what looked like a comfortable mattress until she was almost strangled in the night by elastic straps hanging out and realising it was a single bed mattress protecter folded up, you’d think a business of this size would invest in cot mattresses for safety. The air conditioning was broken in the bedroom so was a boiling nights sleep. No member of staff was bothered at checkout and I’ve emailed the hotel twice since and heard nothing back from them!! Wouldn’t recommend.

I’m actually a Hilton Loyalist but my sister really wanted to try this hotel. We flipped a coin and she won. We arrived from the U.S. about noon, too early for normal checkin. All the receptionists were busy with conferences and group registration. When our turn came Louis, the receptionist, went above and beyond to find two rooms available earlier . We had a slight wait but he personally brought the keys to the wait area when the rooms were ready. We were also provided drink vouchers that could be used while waiting. During our stay he always inquired if everything was satisfactory when we passed by the reception desk. Doormen, concierge, restaurant staff, all superb. AC/Furnace malfunctioned one day but was repaired within 30 minutes of placing the call for assistance. Modern hotels with booth UK and North American outlets. Loved the room controls for climate and lighting accessible from multiple areas. I was impressed with breakfast offerings just make sure you purchase one day in advance to get discounted price. View of London from your room is probably the best in London. Location with easy access to bus and metro stations also a plus.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the River Thames. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Amenities are good. Nice and central to everything including transport, and walking distance to the city. We’ve had a lovely stay so far.

Beautifully designed hotel with great character. Staff are wonderful, business centre really helpful. All makes for a great stay in a fantastic location for central London attractions.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for three nights in the run up to the London Marathon. We were given a river view room, with an amazing view of the houses of Parliament and Big Ben, pretty impressive at night! The room was good sized and very relaxing, the bed was also extremely comfortable. There was plenty of tea, coffee and water provided in the room, which was easily replenished by dialling up housekeeping. The bathroom was roomy and bright with luxurious Elemis products provided. I would also like to mention customer relations manager Simone Strnad, who really could not do enough to make us feel most welcomed, and to make our stay a more pleasurable one. We certainly would recommend the hotel, and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Clean, modern and has everything you need for a stay in london. Excellent location ten minutes walk to Westminster. Amazing staff, everyone we spoke to - reception, concierge, restaurant, management, all very friendly and professional. Thanks for making my marathon weekend so memorable.
