The standard of cleaning was very high. The rooms and the breakfast room were comfortable The breakfast and the staff there were great as all the people in the recption very helpful

Small comfortable hotel, very clean and with all your needs. Quiet and excellent location next to train and busses right across Hyde Park. Check in is easy; Drizia andAlerna will help with everything. Neha will make sure breakfast is superb. I recommend staying here

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in April and were very pleasantly surprised. Our room was tucked away and on the small side but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean and well presented when we arrived. The hotel was well located and ideal for us and the places we wanted to visit. What made our stay perfect though was the friendliness of the staff and the fact that nothing was too much trouble. We were able to drop our bags off an hour before the official check in time and also left them there after we checked out - collecting them later in the day. The little additional touches such as the fruit in our room and the courtesy call after we had checked in to make sure we were happy with the room were appreciated. The breakfast menu was very good with a full range of options and great value for anyone choosing to partake. We were sorry to leave and could easily have spent longer and I would definitely book again. Many thanks

Great hotel, I was looking for an hotel in the same day case the first hotel that I visit in London was terrific and Mrs Drizia was amazing. I felt secure, everyone was really nice and welcome in the hotel and the breakfast was great! The lady that serves breakfast she is so so polite oh lord. Our room the same was great 🙏🏾 I loved this hotel and i truly recommend
