モンタナ ホテル ロンドン(The Montana Hotel)

房間乾淨，毛巾也挺白的，老式的酒店，電梯特別小，拿着拉箱衹能容納兩個人。前台服務員態度挺好，我們問了很多問題，都耐心解答。酒店的位置是非常好，出門2分鐘就有地鐵口，去火車站去機場都方便，還有走路到大本鐘20分鐘，到哈羅德百貨15分鐘左右。逛街非常方便。酒店沒有停車場不適宜自駕。

因為我的房間臨街，一晚上都很吵。整體還行。

Dirty and unkempt in the reception area, furniture stacked high and blocking access. No information given on arrival - just given a key card and left alone. No friendliness or help from Reception staff. Stayed in Room 110 - which is directly above the main door and adjoining Indian restaurant. Woken up shortly after 6am by staff in restaurant emptying bins, breaking glass, and banging with hammers as they were ripping up the carpet. No idea why the hotel put us in this room when they knew the work was going to start that morning and that our room would be affected by the noise. Room itself shoddy - like a 1970s B&B with flocked wallpaper and polystyrene ceiling tiles. No water available in Room and only one bath towel given. Also the air conditioning unit was held together by brown parcel tape, and wouldn't work during the night as the tape had come loose and blocked the air vent. Photos available if the Hotel wishes to reply to me. Bathroom itself is dangerous, as there is a step up into the bathroom which is concealed by the bathroom door. Not suitable for people with mobility issues or young children. No apology or explanation given for the poor service on check on, despite raising it with staff. Honestly don't know how or why this hotel has such a high rating. It's dated, very basic and completely overpriced for the service your receive. The worst hotel we've stayed in in London.

Requested a quiet high floor room away from the lifts, and ended up with a basement room next to the lift. Bed was comfy but pillow hard. Bathroom clean,tidy and fully functioning

Whilst the hotel was in a good location and the staff on reception were excellent we were allocated a room in the basement which was dark, very basic and smelt of damp. Really poor and disappointing

Great location and property looks good, spaces are fresh and clean and rooms are fine. All looked great until plumbing noises woke me up in the night. In the morning I realised there was zero hot water pressure so I had a stone cold shower. Prepaid breakfast was expensive but very poor - I would not have had breakfast there at any price had I seen it. Staff at desk did not initially acknowledge my complaint about the hot water - I had to ask whether they had heard me before getting an apology.

Stayed at the montana hotel last year for the first time & find it perfect hotel for our "girls" overnite stay when visiting the Royal Albert Hall. It is such a warm welcoming hotel & the staff can't do enough to make your stay just perfect. IBreakfast yum too.

Hotel is very dilapidated. Beds in poor condition. Bathrooms need upgrading. Carpets very warn. Does not offer good value for money. Breakfast was ok but not really warm.

Super friendly staff, and the hotel is a stone's throw from a tube station (Piccadilly Line), a supermarket and a drug store. And also near the Museum of Natural History, the Royal Albert Hall and lots more. If I were to go to London again, I would prefer to stay here again.
