まず第一に、Trip.comで朝食の代金を支払いましたが、到着時にそのオプションはもう利用できないと言われました。私たちの部屋はとてもベーシックで小さかったです。ケトルがあり、コーヒーと紅茶が提供されました。ベッドは固かったですが、まあまあでした。ウェストフィールド モールは向かいにあり、シェパーズ ブッシュのテレビ スタジオは、ユーストン駅を経由する環状線の地下ウッド レーンと同様に、道路を歩いてすぐのところにありました。全体的に、私たちのニーズに合ったロケーションは素晴らしかったですが、TRIP.COMで宣伝されていた朝食を食べられなかったのは残念でした。そのため、Trip.comに対してマイナス点と大ブーイングでした。

短所: - ホテルと部屋は小さい - インテリアと家具はかなり使い古されている - ベッドリネンは汚れていた。バスルームも汚れていました - ホテルにはエレベーターがありません。一方、階段は狭いです。このホテルは障害のある方には絶対に適していません。荷物を手動で階段まで持ち上げなければなりませんでした 長所: - 素晴らしいロケーション。巨大なウェストフィールド ショッピング センターや地下鉄駅までは徒歩数分です。近くにたくさんのパブやレストランがあります - コストパフォーマンスが良い - 窓からの美しい景色 - 礼儀正しいスタッフがスーツケースをフロアまで運ぶのを手伝ってくれました 全体的に、価格の割に良いホテルで、短期滞在に最適です。ただし、インテリアや家具は必ずリフレッシュする必要があります

Myself and my two friends were here for two nights. We were allocated a room with three beds, which was very good. The room was a nice size, and you could hardly hear the traffic from outside. Staff were very friendly, and our room was nice and clean when we returned from our full day of staying in London. Hotel is basic, but it was clean and comfortable.

Ideal for a solo traveller staying for a night or 2. I stayed as I was watching a show at the shepards bush Apollo and it couldn't really be closer. The room was small, but decent value for the price. Really helpful staff with an easy checking in and out system.

Hotel was very clean, felt safe and in a good location with easy access to overground and underground services and directly across the road from Westfield shopping centre. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. Communication was AWFUL, there is no

We booked two rooms for a night's stay in London. We made the reservation over the phone and Reservation staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but with all essential amenities. Check-in and out was easy. Hotel is well located with connections to public transportation. Really woth to the amount paid.

Wafer thin ceilings which kept me awake but comfortable enough

Pro: 1. the location is very good (few minutes away from the central line) 2. the staff are friendly. Con: 1. the staff is not always reachable (Try to contact the front desk around from 1900 to 2000, but no one answer the phone) and difficult to reach (the phone number in Google map is not the front desk’s number) 2. we booked a room for two people but they only offered one key. 3. The bathroom is very tiny, cannot even turn around 4. The bathroom use motion detector switches, therefore it is possible that the light would turn off itself when you are still using the bathroom or the light would no turn on when you enter 5. The bathroom is a little bit dirty, there are mould. 6. The bathroom has no place to hold your clean clothes or towels, there is no hook or handle. 7. The room is not fully clean when I first moved in, there is water in the kettle, there is hair on the bed, there is rubbish beside the bin 8. The Wi-Fi service is horrible, it is not stable, you may disconnect when you are using it and sometimes you cannot even found it. 9. The room is a little bit small, cannot fully open my suitcase. 10. The TV is a 24 inches monitor with cable which does not fit the description in their website. 11. The sheets, quilts, pillows, all the bedding have stains on it, not so sure they are clean or not. 12. Even the sign on the door is not stick accurately 13.
