ロック、アルドゲートのバックル・ストリート・スタジオ(Buckle Street Studios by Locke)

這家酒店實在太差了 首先預訂正常一卧室套房 強制給安排殘疾人輔助房 而且不給換房 導致進入房間都是各種器具 其次房間基本所有的燈都是壞掉的 漆黑一片加上殘疾人器具 想象一下都知道多讓人難受 衞生也特別差！！

職員服務態度很好，前台的女生永遠在微笑！麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，有廚房在倫敦物價這麼貴的地方真係很友好！地理位置也十分方便！

房間很差 不要被照片騙了 沒有窗户 淋浴間裏面的把手是壞的很容易割傷手 本來定了兩天 但是實在是太不舒服了 所以第二天一大早就去提早退房 前台説可以退 衹要寫郵件就好了 結果寫了郵件後又説不能退 來來回回的搞的很糟 周圍的環境也不好 建議不要選擇這裏

Positives: Firstly the lobby and hotel was gorgeous! Reminded me of the Proper in Santa Monica. And LOVE LOVE the pampas and decors. The Mezzanine was super. They have free access to laundry! It’s located in Aldgate which is a great stay if you want to be walking distance to Shoreditch with amazing restaurants around. The tube station is a very short walk which was great. There are lots of construction around but the hotel is quiet which is great. I couldn’t hear others or sounds during my stay. Bed was super comfy and we slept well. Cons: the corner suite room is good for maybe a stay of ONE. It was tiny! I guess everything in the city feels a bit cramped but the layout of the room made it that we had to pretty much jump onto the bed and then crawl or hop on the bed to get to the sofa… We had 3 suitcases so there was literally ZERO space for us to walk around in. The kitchen was non-functional. We tried to use it and it would not work and kept shutting off every 5 seconds. It never even boiled our water! The laundry that was free to use? The dryer didn’t work. So all our clothes were wet and we had to hang it up in our tiny room all over the place. And the shower wow. Yes it was beautiful and pressure of the rain shower was great but it flooded our floor into the bedroom. We had to call downstairs to have it drained which they did the next day. So we were walking around in a bit of puddle for a minute. But everything we asked for was answered for…. given enough time. Overall, an ok stay just because the little annoyances that kept adding up mainly because of the inconvenience of the design of the room otherwise I think we would’ve enjoyed it more.

Great location close to tower bridge (10 min walk) and the tube right across the road (2 min walk). All staff were friendly and efficient and always greeted you upon entering the hotel. Rooms are considerably tiny, though what makes it worse is the furniture placed in the rooms that doesn’t really suite the size. There was an extra large sofa right next to the bed, with no space in between. Therefore you had to stand on top of the bed just to get to the sofa. Rooms very clean and amenities were great in the studio. The stove top didn’t work, though when I went down to reception then came up and tried to fix it, unfortunately it kept switching off after a couple of minutes, so I gave up.

Great little corner suite that is nicely decorated, with a small but complete kitchenette. TV has chromecast which is really nice to stream shows and movies. The only negative I can tell is that the shower overflows quite quickly.

Great location, lovely studios. I was given a studio with a great view of the Shard. Highly recommend staying here.

房間很小，兩個人住稍稍有點擠，但整體的環境設施都很好。房間很乾凈，出行也很方便，離Algate East地鐵站步行約2min，Algate差不多4-5min，Whitechapel大概7min，旅行常去的地點基本可以地鐵直達。如果不想兩個人擠一張床可以問前台換一個有沙發的房間，沙發很大可以睡下一個人。總體挺舒適的。

Great location with few minute walk to Algate East Station. Particular thanks to the hotel for allowing me to check in our big luggages in advance of the check in date which makes our university tour relaxed. One thing to draw your attention is the room type I booked which was micro studio and it was super small and if you have big luggages, please book other types of rooms.
