First off the front desk was very helpful at check-in it was a fast and easy process. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fresh eggs and biscuits and gravy . A lot of other places use the powdered eggs but they don't here which is big to me. Overall a great stay.

The coffee, eggs and salsa verde/biscuit and gravy breakfast was absolutely the best part of both mornings. Outstanding breakfast selection.

The property is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast that was provided each morning was far more than a danish, fruit, and cereal. It consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, bagels, toast and much more. The room was clean, as was the hotel itself. Highly recommend.

Platinum member. I was shocked that a Fairfield Inn in Longview, TX charges for onsite parking. Charging for allowing the guest the pleasure of self parking in a lot that is full of holes. Ridiculous. Would love to see a manger response.

We were in town for a cross country meet. Temps were really high outside And the hotel let us know that their air conditioners were having trouble keeping up. When we got to our rooms we had no problems at all with our air conditioners and they were working great. Hotel is a little bit dated, but the rooms were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and everyone was really friendly that work there. I am titanium elite with Marriott, and they had a nice gifts as a Thank you and a handwritten card, which was well accepted.

The staff is very nice and professional. Room was clean. Breakfast is ample. Area is safe.

The property had a smaller parking lot. However, the inside was well kept and clean. The staff were friendly, and they have some nice amenities. The room was nice and clean.

We found out upon check in that the elevator has been broken for 3 weeks. We were on second floor and the desk did not have any more rooms on the first floor. My wife has a very difficult time walking and the stairs were very hard for her. I talked with hotel manager and he stated that there was no timetable for getting the elevator repaired. You should check to see if it is fixed before you stay at this hotel. Otherwise, the hotel was fine with a very good breakfast. On the other hand, if you have trouble walking, this hotel is not for you.
