This was my first trip on holiday as a solo disabled traveller. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone with a disability. All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble for them. Any dificulties/problems were dealt with promptly, my only problem was the WiFi was not working from my room, (it worked everywhere else in the hotel) ,informed reception, who said it may be the router in my room was the problem, this was sorted out within 10 minutes. Accessibility for the disabled is excellent (UK hotels could learn a lot from this hotel!), no awkward, steep or makeshift ramps. The heated pool is easily accessible, and if needed the life guard is on duty all day and will use a hoist to get you into/out of pool, your towel at the ready for you when you get out, there are also disabled changing/shower rooms poolside for privacy. The choice of food at breakfast and evening meal was extensive, wide ranging to suit all tastes. The waiters are on hand to help at mealtimes. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable holiday, will definitely be going back to this hotel.
