ロスクリスティアーノスの3つ星ホテル

Very good location with lots of bits to do and only a 2 min walk from the beach front where there’s loads of restaurants and places for excursions. Staff are BRILLIANT, from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much fuss and all very very friendly, they made our experience better! 2 min walk away from the local market which is on Sundays and Tuesdays. Lovely little hotel with different food everyday. Might struggle if you have kids but If they aren’t fussy then it’s great. Best entertainment I’ve seen in a hotel and all inclusive really good. Nice location and would visit again. The only thing that lets it down is the rooms could do with updating. And the occasional smell from the drains but can’t blame that on the hotel. Heads up there’s quite a few stairs 😁

We arrived at Sol Arona on the 13th November for a 12 night stay on b&b board. We were allocated room 216. Going along the corridor it smelt fresh and clean and on entering 216 it was also fresh and clean. Being honest, the room was dated and the beds were up there with the most uncomfortable, feeling the springs through the mattress that we've ever had anywhere. Balcony door was chained and the bathroom was pretty old fashioned. Plenty hot water though for showering. However, we were aware that the hotel was to be closed down at the end of Feb '25 for a refurb and was happy with the price we paid for it. The breakfast was surprising as a lot said food wasn't great but we found loads of choices. Lots of fresh fruit, porridge, yoghurts, good choice of meats, cheese, full fry-up items and freshly cooked eggs, omlettes, pancakes etc if you wished. Also, the orange juice was good and fairly large glasses compared to other places we've been. Plenty toasters and coffee machines and no searching around for cutlery and cups etc. If food was a little cold a microwave is supplied. A better breakfast experience than a few other higher rated hotels we've used. The Hotel is in a good location, 10 min walk down to beach, 5 minutes round the back path to loads of bars and restaurants. The pool area is large, lots of sunbeds although a few are a bit saggy and the pool does have fixed up patches in it. There's a terrace bar where you hand over blue tokens so when you return your cups etc you get given them back. Saves staff wandering round clearing tables. There's a kids area and dated mini-golf area. The main hotel lobby is very clean and fresh but the first lift on the left of four is temprimental and sometimes the door doesn't open on your floor. You get out eventually, we would go up to three and walk down if we used that one but the others were fine. Overall, for what we paid, it was fine enough for us. But it does badly need refurbished. Would use it again.

誕生日のためにここで10日間過ごしただけで、最初の印象はきれいですが、非常に古く、近代化が必要です。チェックインは迅速で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は疲れていて、ベッドはとても硬かったですが、それを代表に言及するとすぐにマットレスのトッパーが与えられました。部屋は定期的に掃除されました。食べ物は悪くなく、一晩中そこに座っているのとは対照的に、定期的にリフレッシュされていました。選択は限られていましたが、十分に通り過ぎました。結局のところ、すべてのアパートがたくさんあり、自分で食事をしているため、ダイニングルームは狭いです..食べ物は楽しいことがわかりました。娯楽やゲームルームはなく、暗いプールの近くのビリヤード台であり、使用されていない読書室は素晴らしいゲームルームになる可能性があります。レセプションエリアは歓迎されていない、快適ではない、座るのに適している、ただ風変わりで、素敵なソファなどがあれば座ってリラックスしたり、zドリンクで読んだりするのに素敵なエリアになるでしょう。プールサイドのラウンジャーマットレスや傘などの追加料金が適用され、WiFiは提供されていますが、バーエリアにあるため、データがない場合は購入する必要があります..安全は部屋にはありませんが、1階にあり、階段を上り下りしたくなかったので使用しませんでした。私は部屋で好きです..ホテルはバス停とスーパーマーケットのある良い場所にあり、正面からそれほど遠くありません、、賛否両論を追加します価格の良いホテルです

Having been coming to this resort for the best part of 30 years we returned again this year with our young family. This resort never disappoints; it’s always clean, tidy, quiet with very friendly and helpful staff. Particularly Marianne on reception who always greets you by name and with a smile and Viktor the lifeguard. We had our 1 year old son with us and Viktor was so good with him- he always helped us get beds with shade and made the time around the pool really enjoyable. Unfortunately during our stay our son was ill and we had to take him to hospital- the next day we received a call from reception checking in on him and making sure he was ok. This was a really nice touch and shows the staff like to get to know their guests. Our son made a full recovery and enjoyed the rest of his holiday with his brother and sister. If you are looking for a quiet, friendly, family resort look no further. Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Beverly Hills Heights. The apartments are in good order (including super fast Wi-Fi) ours had recently been refurbed and had a beautiful sea view which is well worth requesting. Thanks again to everyone at BHH.

Stayed here 14-21 September. There was 9 of us. Have to say it was fabulous, one of my favorite places now. The staff were second to non, so professional, friendly. The resort itself was immaculately clean, a big shout out to all the staff that work so hard. Reception area was beautiful, spotlessly clean, airy and cool. I have two little criticisms, our party were all over the age of 60 up to 75 years of age, once we were allowed to get into our apartments at 4pm!! After arriving at 1pm and after a few alcoholic drinks, we were given directions to our apartment but for love nor money we could not find them, no signs or staff to help. Maybe a member of staff could bring people to their apartments, which, by the way were amazing. The other point, it rained one of the days so a gang of us women hit the hotel bar, drank their all day till the men joined us. We were then informed they had run out of one of the particular spirits, then later ran out of tins of mixer. They were not replenished, i just think they could have got both items for us as we had spent quite a few euro that day. But overall, a fantastic place, fantastic apartments and fantastic staff. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Booked this holiday and apartment at relatively short notice and so glad we did. A family of 4 and we booked a one bed apartment. When we arrived we were delighted with the apartment as it was a duplex with sunbeds on terrace and was spotlessly clean. Could not fault this place in anyway and after so many visits to Los Cristianos we were so happy to find this place. Pool area was great with loads of sunbeds and a helpful lifeguard who was great with all the kids in giving them lilos to use. All staff we encountered were polite and mannerly. The place in general is well kept and cleaned daily. The shop at reception is very handy. We will be back for sure.
