ロスクリスティアーノスの3つ星ホテル

We arrived at the bungalows on 24th October as a party of 8 including 3 teens and 1 aged 79 with mobility issues. Having read the reviews I was worried but had also messaged ahead to ask that our rooms be allocated in a convenient spot for the elderly traveller. We were given 4 rooms, 30, 36, 64 and 51. Room 30 was allocated to our older person as it was near Reception, had no steps and pool view. Slightly further from restaurant and bar but accessible without steps. When we entered the rooms I can’t deny we were pleasantly surprised. Seemed clean, spacious, nice bathroom, utensils as required. I would go as far as to say, as good or better than any similar starred accommodation we had been in. I think perhaps others who rated the hotel, were expecting too much for their money. We were told the room would be cleaned and towels changed every 3 days and that happened. We are used to having more regular cleaning but it just meant being more careful with dirtying towels. Our only issue was having 2 towels for 3 people but we managed. There was extra toilet roll and shower gel left in bathroom along with bucket and mop if we chose to use. My only concern with the cleaning was when we discovered a child’s hat under the cushions on the back of the sofa. Suggested not fully cleaned from previous holidaymakers but the sheets on sofa were clean. No-one else in our party had any complaints. We couldn’t really criticise the rooms. Moving on to the food (we were half board), again we couldn’t complain too much. My 13 year old is extremely fussy but was happy to eat plain pasta, sweetcorn and some meat every night. I do think the options were quite limited but we appreciated the fact we weren’t over eating. There was only one night when we didn’t enjoy our food. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. I read somewhere that potato choices were limited on some nights and I would agree. On a couple of nights there were only fries, which I never tried and my 13 year old didn’t eat. Next the entertainment. Overall pretty bad. There was a Lady Victoria singer one evening who was very good but nothing else we enjoyed. The parrot show was fine for little kids but not for us. Luckily, lots of local bars offering alternative options. The swimming pools were a bit disappointing. They really need a few repaid but our teen girls and myself went in along with our 79 year old. They are very small and freezing cold so as long as you just want to cool off and not swim, it’s fine. The main pool gets busy so we never got a sun bed there. The rectangle pool was unappealing and no-one went in it. The issue was the selfish attitude of some users. Teenage boys and men kicking football around poolside, the men in particular hitting myself and other members of our party with the ball, they were also hitting peoples windows and glass doors if their room was poolside. My family and I stayed at the Sol Arona Hotel for a week, all-inclusive from 29/09 onwards via Jet2 package deal. This was our first family holiday with our two children (6 & 8), and I can honestly say it was an excellent choice and good value for money. Check-in was easy, and the young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful, explaining when food is served and how the drinks tokens worked. Our room was located on the 4th floor, room 407, which was our “Sol room with lounge and frontal sea view.” It indeed had a great view of the harbour and sea, perfect for watching the sunset every evening. First impressions: the room was very spacious and clean. However, it was very hot and did not have AC, just a ceiling fan. After opening the window and the balcony door, the room soon cooled down, and AC didn’t seem necessary after our first night. As we arrived fairly late on Sunday evening and hadn’t eaten since lunch, I expected there would be some food available for us being all-inclusive, but sadly this wasn’t the case. Food is served at set times, so we had to find a shop to buy water and some food, which was slightly annoying after traveling all day. The room could have also used a fridge to store water, but we later found we could fill our water bottles in the dining area or at the bar, so we just did that every evening. The facilities at the Sol Arona were good. As others have said, it could use a bit of a makeover to bring it into 2024, but we had everything we needed to make it a holiday to remember. We had no issues getting sun loungers in the mornings; there were plenty to go around, but I’d guess in the middle of summer that wouldn’t be the case. All the staff were very friendly, I’d like to give Dani and the entertainment ladies a special mention as they really kept our two kids busy with various activities throughout our stay. The food available in the dining area was really nice, a lot better than I was expecting, and there was a large choice each day with cuts of meat and fish cook too order Infront of you. Evening entertainment which we attended most evenings was good, the kids especially liked the magician and acrobats . All in all a really enjoyable holiday, and thanks for having us! 誕生日のためにここで10日間過ごしただけで、最初の印象はきれいですが、非常に古く、近代化が必要です。チェックインは迅速で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は疲れていて、ベッドはとても硬かったですが、それを代表に言及するとすぐにマットレスのトッパーが与えられました。部屋は定期的に掃除されました。食べ物は悪くなく、一晩中そこに座っているのとは対照的に、定期的にリフレッシュされていました。選択は限られていましたが、十分に通り過ぎました。結局のところ、すべてのアパートがたくさんあり、自分で食事をしているため、ダイニングルームは狭いです..食べ物は楽しいことがわかりました。娯楽やゲームルームはなく、暗いプールの近くのビリヤード台であり、使用されていない読書室は素晴らしいゲームルームになる可能性があります。レセプションエリアは歓迎されていない、快適ではない、座るのに適している、ただ風変わりで、素敵なソファなどがあれば座ってリラックスしたり、zドリンクで読んだりするのに素敵なエリアになるでしょう。プールサイドのラウンジャーマットレスや傘などの追加料金が適用され、WiFiは提供されていますが、バーエリアにあるため、データがない場合は購入する必要があります..安全は部屋にはありませんが、1階にあり、階段を上り下りしたくなかったので使用しませんでした。私は部屋で好きです..ホテルはバス停とスーパーマーケットのある良い場所にあり、正面からそれほど遠くありません、、賛否両論を追加します価格の良いホテルです

Myself and my best friend booked this hotel last minute as our intended hotel was fully booked. As it happens, I am so so glad we did. We had an entire apartment to ourselves, a full kitchen, front room and 2 double beds. it would have slept another 2 people with the pull out sofa bed alongside had we needed too. The pools were heated and the beautiful backdrop of the mountains made it spectacular. Not only that, I think what made this trip special was the staff. Francesca the receptionist made us feel so welcome, the lifeguards were phenomenal and all the catering staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. I enjoyed it so much I have booked it again for 3 months time! Highly recommended

Stayed here 14-21 September. There was 9 of us. Have to say it was fabulous, one of my favorite places now. The staff were second to non, so professional, friendly. The resort itself was immaculately clean, a big shout out to all the staff that work so hard. Reception area was beautiful, spotlessly clean, airy and cool. I have two little criticisms, our party were all over the age of 60 up to 75 years of age, once we were allowed to get into our apartments at 4pm!! After arriving at 1pm and after a few alcoholic drinks, we were given directions to our apartment but for love nor money we could not find them, no signs or staff to help. Maybe a member of staff could bring people to their apartments, which, by the way were amazing. The other point, it rained one of the days so a gang of us women hit the hotel bar, drank their all day till the men joined us. We were then informed they had run out of one of the particular spirits, then later ran out of tins of mixer. They were not replenished, i just think they could have got both items for us as we had spent quite a few euro that day. But overall, a fantastic place, fantastic apartments and fantastic staff.
