THEY DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS. Big place but I don’t think there was anyone else there so that was spooky. No proper lock on door-just the kind you would see on bathroom door. Enter through big locked gate that owner opens and closes remotely so once you’re in you’re basically stuck. No way to order Uber eats but owner was kind enough to make me a plato tipico for free because there were no other options and he had cleaned out my cash because no accept credit cards. Eerie silence-think the Shining. Rooms spartan but clean. I guess it’s fine if you want to be close to airport. Shuttle was not cheap in relation to distance. I wouldn’t recommend for a single woman traveler due to insufficient lock on door. No toiletries in bathroom and I mistook some air freshener for a bar of soap.

Great location 5 minutes from the airport. Clean and the property is very big and scenic. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Definitely will come here when i travel to santiago on those late flights. 10/10 recommended.

Horrible experience. The Owner refused to allow me and my family to check in bcos we have 2 kids [4yo & 1yo]. Booked for 2 adults + 1kid bcos its 5min to Airport. He was disrespectful, talking very loud, screaming at my wife in Spanish: "No you cannot check in here". He doesn't like kids and Not family friendly. Prior reviews shows he charges $25 for everything including 4min drive to drop you off at the airport. We had a Rental car & did not need his ride. He essentially pocket the $37 for the 1-night reservation that he refused to allow us to lodge in his cabin plus he refused to cancel it for us for refund. We have to go find another Hotel 15min away from the airport for the overnight stay. He is Greedy! Do not stay in this place, Not safe!

Very clean and comfortable. Just 5 minutes from the Santiago airport. Beautiful views and Jose, the host is very accommodating. Affordable, covenient, and quite! I highly recommend it!

The guy is so greedy, he looks for money there is no service every he takes he charges you$20 us when someone will charge less than $5.00. I encourage anyone if you going to that place rent a car because he charges me $20 to drop me off the airport which is 7 minutes away from the hotel.

It was excellent and the Jose the owner probably the best guy I have met, I will go again for sure.

Mr. Jose my host I considered my friend was excellent. Great place to be in Santiago, so peaceful.

Mr Garcia is super nice and make your stay very convenient.
