This place was disgusting it was full of ******* and homeless people. Very scary environment.

I can appreciate the fact that they are running a ministry, but they fail in running a hotel. They don't differentiate between hotel guests and the residential. I was expecting good hotel service, but it was not there.

This hotel is actually a homeless shelter that rents out one floor to guest. The room was clean but dated. The heat didn’t work and neither did the shower which I didn’t find out till morning. I get that it helps raise money for the shelter but should not be a hotel to the public .

We love the mission behind this property. The rooms were clean but the fixtures and decor are a bit tired. It didn’t matter to us however. We were only in town one night and just needed a bed to rest our head on.

It had its points for being historical but lacked in cleanliness and never seen a cleaning cart to service room. Staff wasn’t very friendly but they weren’t rude. I have stayed in worse. Cost was the best part of the hotel. But overall I would probably stay again it wasn’t so bad as I wouldn’t stay there

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a little trouble setting the temperature. The entire hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no one at the service desk to check me in at 10:45pm. It turned over an hour to get someone to the desk so I could get to my room. The room was hot so it tried to turn the ac on but it didn’t change on. It took almost 36 hours to cold down.
