ホリデイ イン エクスプレス - ハリスバーグ イースト IHG ホテル(Holiday Inn Express Harrisburg East - Hershey Area)

Very nice hotel.

房間可以，但裝修偏老，然後也都沒有牙膏牙刷這些，我住的房間門鎖不好用

For the past few years, we stay at this Holiday Inn when in PA for the Great American Outdoorsman Show. Sadly, we won’t be staying here again. The room smelled musty and like mildew. The bed was lumpy and not nearly as comfortable as they usually are. The bathroom had rust along the trim and ceiling. Floor was visibly dirty. Wallpaper behind the trash can in the bathroom was splattered with something very nasty. The room felt “dirty”. Breakfast was awful (another huge disappointment). Had to ask the front clerk for coffee cups. Then both coffee dispensers empty. It was only 7:30 and most of the hot food was gone and was not being replenished (there were eggs, but no meat and no sausage gravy left). There was no apple juice, only OJ. And this is the second year in a row the pancake machine is STILL BROKEN 😩. I understand the hotel was fully booked and very busy due to Sportsman Show, but hotel should be prepared with adequate food, staff and supplies when the local Sportsman Show is the same week every year and very well known to the area. Also, usually there is ice water available in the water dispenser in the lobby. It had only ice in it when we arrived late Friday night and an inch of melted ice Saturday morning. Sorry to say, we will be looking for another place to stay on future trips to PA.

The room was very well situated and clean. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept in in a long time

The bathroom could use some renovation and the bed was noisy, but the place was clean and we had a good sleep. Breakfast was good too.

Outside smelled like sewage. Front desk staff less than pleasant. Placed a $150.00 incidental hold fee on my card but front desk person couldn't explain why. Asked for the quietest room or area since im staying for work and she puts me in a room right next to people yelling and screaming with their TV turned up. There were pieces of machienery sitting in the hallway on the floor which were clearly a safety violation. I go back down to the front desk to request a different room and was told they are sold out and there's nothing she can do. I checked out and left and went somewhere else. Do NOT go here.

There were what looked like blood stains all over the sides of the two beds, splatters on the wall, stains on the carpet and door handles. Mold in the bathroom, the sprinkler in the bathroom was so far into the ceiling it wouldve done nothing in the case of a fire. The door handles were so dusty you can tell they are never wiped off. The coffee pot did not work.

Front Desk was extremely nice Rooms felt clean and didn’t have a musky smell when you first walked in Coffee good

During breakfast had to listen to front desk staff discussing (rather loud) their displeasure with co-workers. Whether their concern was relevant or not it was not the time and place.
