ホーソーン スイーツ、ウィンダム ルボック(Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Lubbock)

We like the fact that we had a special medical rate for our stay and another upcoming medical appointment. The special rate eases some of the financial stress associated with this medical travel expense. It is greatly appreciated.

We stayed at this property in June, like the place, nd it is close to the appointment I had on Friday afternoon. Comfortable, good rates,will stay there in future when need to stay overnight in Lubbock.

This place is filthy and I had to check out. Would appreciate at least part of refund. Anything would help. It was the worst hotel. I have ever stayed at. Had to go find another. Hotwl

Clean, nice hotel in Lubbock. Just what we needed for one night. Friendly front desk staff and nice room.

My family and I always enjoy staying at this hotel and we come back several times. We also referred to several family members and friends about this hotel.

I did NOT like being charged extra and then told that I would get some of it back at a later date; this kind of information should be up front notice!

Upon check in, we went to our room and found the door to open. All cabinets in the kitchen area were open and couch was pulled out, TV was on. Surface areas did not look clean. I went back to the front desk and the person working, Nicole, was less than caring about it. She was downright rude. She said the most she could do was close the cabinets. I said that was the least she could do, and also come inspect the room so I wouldn't be charged for any issues since the door had been open for who knows how long. She was extremely rude and unkind on the way up to the room. She slammed all the doors closed and threw the cushions back on the couch, gave us dirty looks the entire time and slammed the room door closed when she left. I spoke with the manager the next morning and she was apologetic. As far as hospitality goes, I would give this place ZERO stars. I will not stay there again.

The staff was accommodating, but the room we were in had a broken heater and the furniture was stained.

Atrocious! Pre-paid for a room for my son because the dorm closed and he had to be out for end of semester. When he arrived (with everything he owns in his car) he was refused a room because he is under 21 and since there is a bar on their property this is their rule. Unfortunately this is stated NOWHERE on their site so my son was sent back out into the cold and refused a room. When I spoke to the desk clerk Karrisa she was terrible, rude, smart mouthed and apathetic to the fact my son had nowhere else to go. She’s a terrible person with zero compassion
